We hired Dream Spaces to finish the 2000 square foot basement of our recently constructed home, and we were superlatively pleased with the finished product and our overall experience with them. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough and completion of the project, their team was professional, communicative, very friendly, courteous, and highly competent. They gave us a product that exceeded our expectations. The project was done with great care, on schedule, and within budget. I particularly liked how they made us feel that our project was their primary focus, even though they had several other projects they were working on. The craftsmanship was outstanding from framing to drywall, flooring, and electrical. We did not encounter any negative issues because they promptly handled potential problems. They also respected our home and kept an immaculate project site. Overall, we now have a stunning and functional basement to enjoy and admire, adding value to our home. I unreservedly recommend Dreamspaces to anyone considering a basement or any construction work. I expect to use their services to build our retirement home when the time comes.

Working with the Dream Spaces team was a great experience. The kitchen is the heart of our home, the place where everyone always seems to gather and we had a vision of what we wanted. Their creative team offered suggestions that turned the space into more than we could have envisioned. Whether cooking on a daily basis or entertaining, the kitchen is functional and guests are always "wow'd" by the beautiful design and finishes. Kitchen renovation projects typically take longer then expected but the team explained their construction plan and timeline before we started. No demo took place until everything was selected, ordered and on site. From the first day of demolition, there was not a day when then crew did not show up! The project was completed on time, exactly as planned. The architect, design team, project manager, foreman and construction crew where all very professional and committed to making our vision come to fruition. We were so pleased with Dream Spaces, that we contracted them to construct an amazing screen porch that ties into our kitchen and creates additional living space perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Dream Spaces came in and saved us from crooked and unethical contractor. Ivan and his team stepped in and saved my home! I saw pictures of the electrical the other contractor had left and it could have burned the house down. Every member of his crew and team are professional, from the electricians and plumbers, the team that put the apartment back together and the finishing team were fantastic! They have a true vision of what is needed to complete a quality project and were honest and easy to communicate with. I was impressed with the eye for design they have! It was a very high level from the whole crew working on this, that level was apparent from the bottom to the top of this company with everyone who worked this project. Dream Spaces did a complete remodel of 1985 house interior and exterior. The work was professional and great quality. Many cost saving options were proposed and we went with the best design for our house. The whole team was constantly involved and inspecting for quality and making sure it was exact to the Rendering and the drawings.

I hired Dream Spaces to do a full gut and kitchen remodel. The 3D rendering they were able to create utilizing all of my ideas, and adding some unique touches of their own really elevated the remodeling process, giving me an actual visual representation of what I could expect my dream kitchen to look like once all the work was done. They were communicative, quick, and very friendly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting an “Instagram worthy” beautiful space to live in!
