I am happy to recommend dRichards Interiors. We didn't have what we considered a large project so we were pleasantly surprised when Denise took on the project. We wanted to renovate a bathroom and laundry room as cost effectively as possible but had no idea where to begin. After Denise came out for a personal consultation, I knew I wanted to work with her. We had an instant rapport but more than that, I knew she was knowledgeable about design, architecture and had a beautiful aesthetic that my house sorely needed. I had never used a professional designer before and I was a little leery to splurge for a designer as well as give up some control. But, I can't imagine having completed this project without her expertise. She is worth EVERY penny! She thought of issues that I would never have considered and knew how to problem solve the tiniest to largest issues that inevitably come up with any renovation. Denise was able to present great choices so that decisions could be made, which can be overwhelming on your own, and sourced all the materials which is too time consuming for most of us who work. Also, I am pleased that it has been a collaborative experience. Whether you want to be an active part of the design process or would be happy for her to take the reins, she is happy to to accommodate. She is responsive and always available at a moments notice. Denise walked me through the whole process, held my hand, and has kept the project moving. Our bathroom is almost complete and I am loving it! I can see how amazing it's going to look once finished and I'm looking forward to the next project - the laundry room. I hope more rooms are to follow!

As an architect, it is of paramount concern whom I chose to work with on my projects, as my own reputation is at stake. Denise Richards is the only interior designer I refer to my clients. She and Jila understand architecture and design, and enjoy working as a team with my firm and my clients. Their designs are sensitive, creative, beautiful, and harmonious with the architecture. Denise is a world-class designer. As a developer that designs & builds my own properties, I have used Denise regularly to consult on our projects and provide her opinion and inisghts. She understands the industry in and out and can design for any budget. Though her talents are best used on high-end custom work, since she can design in a way that other designers only dream of. We hired Denise to help us with an extensive remodel/furnishing of our new home. We couldn't have been more pleased. Not only is she a super talented designer, she completely understood our style preferences and worked so hard to give us what we wanted. She is also great to work with from a pricing POV as she was vert sensitive to some of our budget constraints (although we did wind up spending north of $500,000). I recently had the pleasure of working with Denise and her team on a condo project. This particular design was contemporary yet very comfortable and inviting. They did an amazing job in creating a distinctive character and feel in each room while maintaining a cohesive color palette, theme and style throughout the entire home. I have had the pleasure of working with Jila Parva. She is extremely professional and wonderful to work with. She understood my taste and what I was looking for immediately. She presented many options at each meeting with varying price ranges. She was always available for my questions or concerns, and communicates back very quickly. Jila has a great eye and experience and knew how to capture what I wanted. I am very happy with the end product and have no doubt I will come to her in the future for further design needs. We hired dRichards Interiors to help us with our outdoor living space. After hiring them for our kitchen remodel and being extremely satisfied, we knew they were the perfect team to help us select outdoor furniture. With so many options available it can be very overwhelming but dRichards was able to narrow it down to our specific style and personality. After providing us with a detailed funiture plan, we were able to get an order placed for our furniture just in time for our family event. Our furniture looks beautiful and we love the palette of fabrics they selected. dRichards Interiors' attention to detail and customer service was great and we didn't have to worry about anything. They even took care of the installation and hauled away the trash. We are absolutely thrilled with our outdoor furniture and now our outdoor space is perfect for entertaining.
