Prompt and Professional. I had a contract to finish my basement. I left a message and received a call back the next day, a quote a few days later, and work started soon after. All deadlines were met. Contractor was flexible with handling any changes I requested. I am very happy with the finished product. Will hire them again.

Over the years, we have done extensive renovations to seven real estate properties, including two historic buildings, three commercial properties and four residential properties, so we’ve worked with a lot of contractors. We’ve never worked with anyone better than DuPaul Construction. Vince (the owner) helped us to carefully design our renovation and addition in a thoughtful, experienced way, with suggestions that enhanced our own ideas and improved our original design. Vince’s estimate was fairly priced, with no surprises. DuPaul’s crew arrived on-time each day, carefully cleaned up after themselves each day, and did excellent work at every stage of the process. They were in our home several days a week for two months, and we always felt comfortable with DuPaul’s friendly and experienced crew. Vince himself stopped by personally, every few days, to check on the project. To sum, up: we were very pleased with the planning, with the process, and with the final result. Five Stars.

Hired this company to build a 400 square foot addition, over a two car garage, onto a house that was 115 years old. The finished product was for all of it to look original. They did an excellent job of solving problems related to adding to a very old structure. Previous experience from working on historic properties helped the contractor with our project. We later hired this same contractor to finish the basement in this house and to refinish two bathrooms at our condominium in Ocean City, Maryland.

DuPaul Construction took our “sow’s ear” kitchen and magically turned it into a “silk purse” kitchen. We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen or with the quality of workmanship we received from DuPaul Construction. Vince duCellier, the owner, designed the kitchen for us, and gave us knowledgeable guidance on what products to choose. The personable and talented craftsmen of DuPaul Construction were a genuine pleasure to have around each day. A few unexpected, hidden problems occurred early in the process, which they handled expertly. They paid very close attention to detail and the work was completed in a timely manner. We would highly recommend DuPaul Construction for any large or small construction project.

In the past 2 years we have hired DuPaul Contruction for 3 separate projects. Project 1) We had a pipe burst in our home while we were on vacation for 2 weeks. It basically wiped out at least 70% of our interior. Our house was only 4 years old. Vince and his crew did a fantastic job with the renovation. Vince also took on the responsibility of communicating with the insurance company and getting us the dollar value to replace what was destroyed. It basically let my husband and I to be freed from any added stress. Again, they did a fantastic job so we hired him for our next project. Project 2) 2 story garage added to our property. Again, Vince and his crew did a fantastic job in a timely manner and were all very professional and pleasant to work with. Project 3) Currently, we are in the middle of adding a 2 story addition which includes a library on the 1st floor and an exercise room on the 2nd floor. Again, Vince and his crew are doing a fantastic job. The quality of their work is tremendous. It is just going under roof and we are on schedule. I cannot say enough good things about DuPaul Construction. In this day and age with as expensive as things are, I can depend on getting the work done with quality workmanship, professional and thoughtful help, and at an affordable price.

A vehicle had slid on black ice and crashed into our home. We had no idea who to contact so we utilized an internet search website for home contractors. Within 10 minutes of hitting enter we received a call from DuPaul Construction, and we had an estimate the following day. All work was of high quality and would use again!

We hired Vince Ducellier of DuPaul Construction last fall to do a complete renovation of our kitchen in our 150 year old house. Vince had been recommended to us because of his many years of experience working in and on older homes. From the beginning of the project until completion Vince was a pleasure to work with. Every step of the project was well thought out and planned prior to execution thereby avoiding many of the problems encountered in this type of large project, especially in older homes like ours. He is one of the most thoughtful contractors we have ever worked with in that he tried to minimize the disruption of the project on our lives. His craftsmanship and carpentry skills are of the highest caliber, and most important to me, he was on the job site everyday. No subs, no strangers going in and out of my house. I would highly recommend DuPaul Construction for any home/business construction project, large or small.
