I hired Dwell to work with me initially on a bedroom remodel for my daughter which included a completely new design concept, paint, furniture, multiple Lighting fixtures, window treatments, mirrors and bedding. We then did my family room with paints, furniture, fixtures, carpet and mirrors for a completely new look. We have completeted a redo of our playroom with carpeting, dramatic painting, window treatments, furniture and fixtures. In my master bedroom they replaced my doors and windows to a beautiful modern look and feel. Michelle was an absolute pleasure to work with. Efficient, timely, professional and took the time to get to know who we were and understand our needs. The design work and finish work is exceptional.

Michelle the owner, has incredible taste and came over and put my living room and dining room together with accessories as well. Everyone thinks I have a model home now. I couldn't have done it with out her design expertise. The furniture is everything I was looking for!

Michelle did an extraordinary job on our living room. We weren't looking to redesign the entire room or ever our whole house. On a limited budget she suggested a primary set of around 8 items that all worked without our budget and turned our living room from a hodgepodge of different items into one, well-designed, grown-up living room. She really listened to our desires and eagerly absorbed some references we showed her and she just "got us" immediately. We'd work with her again in a second.

We moved to a larger house a few years ago, and relied on Dwell not only to supply new furniture (including a bed, a sofa, ottomans and chairs), but to help us choose the right furnishings to go with the house and the furniture we already had. We have not regretted one choice, and we're happy with the quality of every single piece. We would recommend Dwell to anyone!

Dwell has always provided me with excellent customer service as well as wonderful design resources and suggestions. Their taste level is very sophisticated and contemporary. Whenever I'm looking for a unique piece to build a room around I often begin here. I have both purchased items off the floor and had custom orders that they have supervised and delivered in an extremely timely manner. They are one of my favorite design resources in Los Angeles. I highly recommend them.

Michele has been beyond amazing to work with. She has the patience of a true sait and is talented and an absolute expert in her space. She made me love my room and put together a unique design that really took me out of my normal box.

Love this place. Excellent quality and very clear prices would be a fair description for this place, but it would not even begin to tell the story of what makes this place special. It is all about a personal service. My husband and I walked in and fell in love with a couch. We custom ordered the couch after Michelle, the store owner, came and measured the perfect size for our living room. Because of the dimensions of our living room, we needed to order something larger than the standard sizes. So it was a custom order. When we got the couch we were not very happy with the way it looked in our living room with our old rug and coffee table etc. it actually looked terrible. It was no one's fault. We still loved the couch. But it wasn't working. So I called Michelle and she agreed that we needed to to get a different rug and some compatible art. Michelle sent me some pictures to get an idea of what I liked and then she came back and completely re-designed our living room. Yes we ended up spending a few thousand more dollars, but our living room now looks like something out of a magazine. It was absolutely not a fortune and it was well worth every cent. When people come to our home they are just amazed. In fact, several of our friends have reached out to Michelle to do their living rooms as well. We were so completely satisfied with Michelle's service because she made sure that it all worked for us. She must have put a lot of hours into it but she never complained. At any other store, we would've ordered the couch and that would've been the end of that. There was nothing wrong with the couch but it just didn't match up satisfactorily with the rest of our furniture. Michelle will stop at nothing to make things right. She took her personal time and her amazing vision and touch and left us speechless and altogether satisfied. No other store would do anything like this.

I have no words to explain the traumatic experience we went through with this place. I'll actually just let the images speak for themselves! Save yourself the hassle and spend your money at a reputable business. The service and quality leave much to be desired and in the best of terms, its like buying what you think is real official merchandise and ending up with a phony fake. Simply not worth it.

Amazing service, wide range of custom design options, attention to detail and beatiful results. What more could I ask for? Would hire again in a heartbeat. Can't wait for next opportunity to work together.

We hired dwell floor five design to both redesign and furnish the interior of our home, we could have not have been more impressed with the professionalism, creativity and attention to budget. The team from Dwell, really created an environment which just fitted with our family needs and budget. Michelle and her team, where so good that my husband hired them to redesign and furnish his office. What really impressed us that Dwell did the heavy lifting and sweated the big stuff while we sat back and waited for the results. I would highly recommend Dwell Floor Five Design to anybody who is looking to update there home or work environment.

i have been buying furniture and using their design services since they opened their first location and i can say it's always been a pleasure. they are reliable and trustworthy, and of course have impeccable taste. i'm on my third home now and will, of course, be using dwell furniture and design services again.

Dwell redid my daughter's room while we were out of town as a big surprise! She is a Tween and wanted a cool "teenager room." The designer met with us and sketched out what the room would look like. She made a lot of suggestions on how we could save money and still have the room look fantastic. She coordinated the entire project while we were out of town - fresh paint, new rug, new drapes, new sofa, new bedding, shell chandelier, etc. All in my daughter's taste - Purple, silver, and zebra. All in all it was a great experience and we would use them again in a minute.
