Dynamic Design & Remodeling

We hired Justin and the entire team at Dynamic Design and Remodeling to finish a completely unfinished basement, and it was such a pleasure working with them from start to finish. We spoke with a number of contractors before beginning the project, and Justin immediately stood out for his thoughtful, authentic approach. He really took the time to listen to our ideas, while also offering meaningful suggestions that genuinely improved the end result. Throughout the process, he was mindful of keeping things on budget, and it always felt like there was a real sense of care and excitement behind the work. That combination made a big difference. We had such a great experience that we brought Justin and his team back for another major project in our home, renovating our front sunroom, which also turned out beautifully. After that, we hired him again to replace all of the trim throughout our house. We’re thrilled with the results and already have a few more projects in mind. We'd be excited to work with Dynamic Design and Remodeling again, and I'm sure we will. It’s pretty shocking to see the before and after photos of the basement. It doesn’t even feel like the same house with how dramatic the improvement was. A huge thank you to Justin and the entire team for their care, craftsmanship, and dedication. We’re genuinely looking forward to working together again.

Justin, Jessica, and the whole Dynamic team were exceptional from start to finish- after shopping around with multiple companies, they gave me the best price for repairing the walls in my basement, communicated every step of the way, and the finished article was better than I could have hoped for. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

We are very pleased with our recent basement remodeling project completed by Dynamic Design & Remodeling. Their team demonstrated great communication and professionalism throughout the process. They were transparent in outlining costs and timelines, which we appreciated. The quality of workmanship was excellent and we are very happy with the outcome. We recommend Dynamic Design & Remodeling and would use them again in the future. .

Justin & Alex helped us remodel our powder room and were wonderful to work with! Very responsive, responsible, and detail oriented. We have had bad experiences with contractors in the past and they were exponentially better and more professional. Highly recommend!

Dynamic Design & Remodeling handled the remodeling of my home office. They did a great job with attention to detail and good communication when my input was needed. They were diligent, showed up on time, kept the job site clean and provided great craftmanship. The project was professionally handled and on budget.

The work was done by Gaita Construction and was done for a reasonable price and in a professional manner. The work consisted of repairing some basement windows and cement work around them.

This was my first home improvement project and I had a lot of questions coming into it. Everyone from Dynamic Design was super patient with me and went above and beyond to help me understand the process. The pricing was also the best I could find and once we signed-on the work started immediately. My son is really happy with his space and I’m happy we have found a reliable business to do some of the other projects we have been putting off getting done in our home. I have more projects in mind and will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend!

Sharing our excellent experience with Dynamic Design & Remodeling. Our project was a fairly extensive remodeling and modernization of the kitchen and pantry area of our recently purchased, and dated, home. After meeting with several local contractors, we found DD&R to be the best fit for our needs. From start to finish, communication was excellent -- responsive and in lay-person terms, unlike several others that seemed to talk in circles without much substance. As with any project, there were a couple of minor issues that needed clarification but, frankly, much of that was due to our making several modifications along the way. That said, DD&R was understanding and was able to incorporate our changes with minimal impact to the project cost and timeline. Strong positive recommendation for the DD&R team.

Full bathroom remodel: Most work was ok, but for the price I paid, I expected a more professional execution end-to-end. I would not recommend for others. Two stars cause I am in a good mood. The quality of work that was completed was ok/good, i.e. tiling and installing tub, toilet and vanity. I give it 4/5 stars, especially as Contractor (Damion) went above and beyond and helped with my kitchen sink plumbing. But not 5/5 based on the overall execution, and that the kitchen plumbing “cost” had to be negotiated at end as an offset to the lower-priced vanity I picked based on style and availability. No fair discounting. The overall execution was lackluster. I give it 2/5 stars. For this price tag I expected a “complete” job on the bathroom. Instead, I got push back to do the work on several detailed items and later found more items not completed, as embarrassingly pointed out by other contractors. I then had to re-hire carpenter and load additional work on my painter, at extra cost(!). Chaulk work was incomplete behind toilet, near bathtub walls and vanity. Door frame and floorboards were not reinstalled, though some floorboarding were, only after I had to micromanage twice – and then still not fully reinstalled. No suggestions were given to improve vanity with backsplash or add a shower curtain rod, or add a toilet paper holder back – basic things I would expect from a bathroom-design professional in that price range. I was also not notified on days where they just did not show up, dragging out the overall timeline for no reason. At the end, I had to micromanage again for them to clean up after themselves, something I consider a fundamental given for any contractor. Not a good job at all. Disappointing. To sum up, the project's execution could have been perfected by incorporating additional expertise in carpentry and wall work. I am confident that the contractor can develop these skills, given his excellent quality of work demonstrated in demolition, tiling, and plumbing (rating 4/5 stars, nearly 5/5). Management should have taken steps to address these deficiencies, such as providing training or additional labor, but they showed no interest in doing so during and towards the completion of this bathroom remodel job, making the outcome incomplete.

Excellent communication with the team. It made the project way more manageable, from start to finish. Would absolutely go with them again if another project came about.

Highly recommend Omega to anyone who is looking to have their home remodeled. They just finished my kitchen and it looks amazing. I was amazed in their technology and how easy the design came along. It blew me away!

Highly recommend the services, in and out in less than a few days they are amazing. Communication was amazing
