Eco was hired to provide architectural drawings and approved plans in the city of Costa Mesa. They were diligent in meeting all of CM requirements for my ADU. Friendly and professional service! I would hire them again!!!

Eco Renovate Pros handled the general contracting for our home renovation which included adding a new bathroom, new plumbing, new electrical, re-roofing, refinishing the hardwood floors, replacing the kitchen countertops, adding a dishwasher, and painting the house (interior and exterior). Isaac was very on top of organizing the sub-contractors and kept work on schedule. Renderings for the new bathroom were provided to us and the finished bathroom looks exactly like the renderings. We stayed in the home for about 90% of the time during the renovation and Isaac was able to minimize the impact of construction on us. Any issues or questions we had, Isaac was able to respond quickly and to our satisfaction. Overall, I would recommend Eco Renovate Pros for their professionalism and high quality of work.

My husband and I did a kitchen remodel with Issac and I absolutely love how it turned out! Our kitchen was very old, from the 1950s, with no work done to it. Isaac and his team helped us come up with a great design that made the space much more open, functional, and beautiful. As with most renovation projects, there are always things that come up a long the way, but overall we enjoyed our experience with this company. I felt that I could trust Isaac and never felt as though he used pushy business tactics like other companies we have worked with in the past. Our kitchen really does look stunning! We would definitely recommend them!

We were looking to convert our garage into an ADU and after shopping around and receiving multiple bids we chose Eco Rennovate Pros. This was a long project that took approximately 6 months, which is a long time to be working with anyone and we had a great experience. Isaac was our main point of contact and was very communicative throughout the process and a pleasure to work with. We were very pleased with the outcome and wouldn't hesitate to use Eco Renovate Pros again and recommend them to our friends.

Isaac was amazing throughout the entirety of my remodeling project. He helped with the design process, we had plans drawn up and submitted and the permit process was seamless. Isaac was there every day and for every single inspection. His communication was constant and timely. Now about the work and the workers. Every single sub that Isaac and Eco Renovate Pros has is amazing at their job and always pleasant to be around. Never once was I uncomfortable. Every tradesman introduced themselves made sure that any questions I had were answered. Franklin removed a load bearing wall in our kitchen to create an open concept. Kevin’s custom white oak cabinetry is truly a work of art. People may like the cabinetry more than the master bath. Our master bathroom was gutted completely and the new wet room with rain shower head and free standing tub is somewhere I can spend hours in. The tile work is immaculate with Juan spending as much time as he needs to get it perfect. They did a level 5 smooth finish on all the drywall and Roosevelt went over everything multiple times to make sure he didn’t miss one spot. Overall I can’t speak highly enough about the Eco Renovate Pros team. It was my first project of this size and with all the horror stories I heard I was hesitant when I started the process. Isaac, Eli, and their entire team made sure that everything came out exactly the way I wanted it. Thanks so much and I highly recommend to anyone looking for an incredible contractor!

Hired for home remodel. Paid them $333k. The abandoned my job with no verbal or written notice as required by the Contractor State License Board (CSLB). They did not use licensed subs. They did not do work up to code. They did not get work inspected as required. I had to hire another contractor to fix numerous problems. I had to dig up the sewer work they did because it wasn't inspected and the City made me replace the wrong size pipes that were installed. Installation of HVAC units not up to code and hoses kinked so had to be replaced. One of my existing mini split units was removed from the wall and damaged beyond repair. They installed a toilet drain 7" from one wall and 9" from another and the toilet would not fit. I had to rip up that tile floor and move the drain. I had to redo the HVAC ducting, most of the plumbing, and a lot of electrical. Kitchen not measured correctly so had to re-trench kitchen to move plumbing. They found leaky rusty pipes and told me they fixed it and 3 months later I had a slab leak and had to spend $50k to fix the sewer. The cost was more than it would have been if they had fixed it properly when they found it. Did not get roof inspected because they did not turn in recycle receipts to City so City assessed a $6,000 fine to sign off on roof. Roofer was unlicensed so I have no warranty on the new roof. I could list many more issues I found. I had to pay over $300k to get my house fixed and finished and have been out an extra 9 months costing me extra rent and furniture storage and stress. This business should not be allowed to have a contractors license and consumers need to be warned.

We have had an extremely positive experience working with Eli and Eco Renovate Pros. From the beginning stages of bids, plans, and permits to the now completion of our project, everything has run seamlessly. We had tons of bids on our ADU project but knew Eco was the right choice. Eli is extremely well versed in materials, design recommendations and ensuring the quality of your project. He is on top of communication and always informing the client of the project. We only wish we had unlimited funds so we could continue to keep creating projects for Eli and team.

This was my first large renovation project. I have a 1930s home that I wanted to bring up to date. Eco Renovate Pros helped me add a master bath, existing bathroom remodel, a covered patio, central air, a tankless water heater, AC, new interior and exterior doors, windows, and interior paint and exterior paint. Issac was great with communication and was very patient with me and my perfectionism. I'd give them a 4.5 if I could because there were hiccups with attention to detail; again I'm a perfectionist.

We chose Eco Renovate Pros after meeting with several companies. We trusted them the most and they made our vision a reality. We had our architectural plans completed already so they took over from there. They were easy to work with, paid attention to details, and did a beautiful job. We recommend them to anyone who wants their job done well.

Fantastic company to work with. We worked with Eli on a 400 sq ft ADU garage conversion project.
