Ekhologix Contracting

Great experience with Ekhologix, building our summer home in Gull Lake! From a custom entry way / bench area, to built-ins around the fireplace and dining area, to a wonderfully made custom double bed / twin bed bunk combo, to a dining room table and benches, Erik's work is top notch.

Erick is a real pro, always prepared for the job at hand. His workmanship was flawless and he was always a real gentleman, willing to cooperate with customer requirements and make changes on the fly if required.

Erick installed all cabinetry, baseboards, door trim, all interior doors, custom built old school lockers in my mud room out of 100 yr old recycled barn wood, custom built my sauna room benches, spa cabinets to hold towels, water cooler etc. completed a custom Pirate theme room for my younger sons. Built the beds to match the theme. Did an excellent job on providing quotes, executing the work and maintaining schedule. Has great vision for design.

We hired Ekhologix to complete a number of finishing projects on our new house. Not only was Eric easy to work with, his work was amazing. We had him do lockers in our entry way, 15' shelving on either side of our tv, window trim and baseboards, closet organizers, shelving in our pantry and install our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. We were extremely happy with his work. I would highly recommend Ekhologix for your renovation or new build.

Excellent workmanship, great attitude and a pleasure to work with. Innovative and flexible as well which was very important to us. We have a large home with a lot of natural wood of various species. They were able to help make this all look terrific. This new build was 6 years ago. Since then we have done a complete reno on another home in Calgary and had Ekhologix do all our interior trim and more, even beautiful shutters for all the windows. Fabulous! As well we have recommended them to friends and family whom have all been equally pleased. Certainly we highly recommend Eric and his company.

Erick made us a set of bamboo shutters and they were beautiful. Amazing quality and workmanship, they fit perfect in our window frame with out him measuring as we lived in another city. He is excellent with detail, there wasn't a single imperfection! We own a bamboo company and now have the shutters on the wall for customers to see in Medicine Hat if they wanted to order their own. We highly recommend Ekhologix!

As an artistic person, I had a very, very specific view of what my kitchen should be, and how it should look. I even went as far as designing my own cabinetry because I wanted it to be multi-functional, and to also be mostly true to the Victorian period.. Erick was able to get into and actually see my vision and make it a reality for me. The challenge excited him, and he really wanted the job. I couldn't have hired a better contractor. Erick is a true artist and craftsman. It takes such a person to go against all that he knows and create something extremely different. Thank-you, Erick, from the bottom of my heart.
