Elijah Leed Studio

Elijah created quality one of a kind pieces for our home, including a mid-century wood and metal TV console, custom coffee table, file cabinet, desk and dining table. He was great to work with, has a high degree of integrity and clearly takes pride in his work. Elijah's pieces are artistic as well as functional.

Elijah has quickly become one of my favorite sources for custom furniture. His designs are modern with a subtle classic Mid-Century feel that makes his pieces simultaneously fresh and new, yet some how familiar. The most difficult part of design is showing me something I've seen, but presenting it to me in a way that I haven't seen before, and Elijah accomplishes it with simplicity and grace.

Elijah and I designed a desk for my new office this spring, and not only was he a pleasure to work with but it turned out beautifully. He has an excellent eye for detail, a real love and knowledge of his medium, and enough common sense to be concerned with the day-to-day function of a piece. I work at the desk every day, and every day it brings me joy.

We recently worked with Elijah Leed Studio for a series of bartops. We had an overall concept for our coffee and chocolate shop that explored concepts of energy. Elijah brought new ideas to the table that we loved. He harvested, and prepped and finished a series of bar tops. Beyond directly sourcing beautiful woods that were appropriate to different parts of our space, Elijah added a grace that played into our concept by adding a kind of star constellation/energy field of brass inserts that must be seen to feel the amazing beauty. Elijah's work makes the very focal point of our shop in a way that makes it a place unlike any other.
