Elizabeth showed up on time and really listened to our ideas of what we wanted to do and she gave some really good suggestions how to best remodel our kitchen. She left us with a very detailed and cohesive plan to bring our kitchen together. She also did not try to push in any one direction but really listened to what we wanted and helped us make what I think were the best choices for our particular set of circumstances. We had a major re-do of our home and Elizabeth's talent and expertise brought my tired early 2000's home back to life. I feel like the stars aligned when I met Elizabeth because she understood my vision and worked with me to achieve it. The results have exceeded my expectations and I am so happy and delighted with my home now. I have gotten so many compliments from friends and family and I can't recommend her enough! Elizabeth was recommended to us by our realtor. We recently bought a condo in Dexter, MI, and needed help with the decor and furniture. Elizabeth came over, measured and made a plan with beautiful options to choose from. She is very good with figuring out the best size and scale of pieces to make the room visually appealing as well as comfortable to be in. She deals with everything from windows to furnishings, rugs and wallpaper, paint and custom bookshelves. She also has connections to carpenters and painters who did a fantastic job for us as well! We were so happy with our experience that we asked her to help us with our other condo in Avon Lake, OH! She is not only our designer, but has become a friend! We highly recommend her!

She listens to you when you describe what you would like to change, and makes great recommendations. We asked her to help us make our kitchen and living space flow together, and she did. My husband and I have been working with Elizabeth J. for over a year now in furnishing and decorating our newly built town home. It has been a positive experience in every way. We decided to go modern for the first time and absolutely love it. She has been very attentive, and follows through quickly. As we asked, she has given us different price ranges and styles to choose from. She is a master at fabrics, textures, and color and has an endless selection of gorgeous catalogs with high quality furniture to choose from. We have been extremely pleased with the outcome which has exceeded our expectations. We will continue to use her as we add things here and there. Elizabeth J selected and installed window coverings for our new house. We were living overseas when we bought the house, so we were able to count on her to get everything ready for the move in. We were very happy with the quality of the draperies and blinds and the fabric design selections. Later in the year we had her provide additional window coverings and furniture for a guest bedroom. She expedited delivery from the manufacturer to get them just in time for our holiday guests. Thanks!

I recently moved to Saline and built a new home. Elizabeth helped me every step of the way. She attended planning and selection meetings with my builder as well as planned all drapery, furniture, paint colors and coordinating rugs. She arrived on move in day and supervised the entire process while I unpacked boxes. The furniture and draperies are expensive but high quality and will last a lifetime. She came highly recommended to me and I was not disappointed. I continue to consult with her from time to time, which she does, free of charge, as she helps me add additional pieces and blinds. She is busy but I always felt attended to and my home came together very quickly.

She has listened patiently and has successfully guided us along every step. Although the main emphasis has been the exterior of the house she has also provided invaluable information on the interior. As a single man with very little time, I knew I needed help. Looking back, I’m very grateful I called Elizabeth. At first, I was only looking for help in choosing tile for the kitchen floor. But I could see she brought a wealth of experience and a very keen eye for design. So, over time, she ended up transforming every level of my house, including a complete finishing of my basement. It was the little things she saw, and ideas she offered, that I found especially helpful—things I wouldn’t have thought of in 100 years. From carpet patterns, to the size and positioning of tile, light fixtures, and wall colors, she has an eye for all of it. To quote a visitor, “Wow, who did your kitchen?!” I’ve gotten used to the same kind of praise for her work in remodeling my basement and bathrooms. Elizabeth brings excellent design skills along with a delightfully pleasant manner and caring attitude. A great choice if you’re looking for design help.
