Once construction began, Tim and Jose kept everything running smoothly with excellent craftsmanship and a clear commitment to quality. And Jason, our project manager, was truly exceptional. He was patient, attentive, and a great communicator who always made sure we understood the process, felt comfortable with decisions, and ultimately got the exact finished product we envisioned. His steady leadership made a huge difference in how seamless the remodel felt from start to finish. Every person we interacted with at Elton Construction (as well as every sub-contractor who worked on our project) brought the same level of care and professionalism. The finished product exceeded our expectations, and the process was as stress-free as a remodel can be. We hired ERC for a list of repair/renovation work on our recently purchased home. Having worked with numerous contractors on properties in the past, I can say that ERC is what we DREAM every other contractor should be. I have never worked with a company as knowledgeable, efficient and responsive as they are. Tim and Conor are amazing! We received detailed updates with photos on a daily basis; all of my texts, emails or phone calls were responded to immediately. ERC’s quality of work is top of the line. Their expertise in modernizing while keeping the historical integrity of the home, as well as their attention to detail deserves the highest praise. I won’t hesitate to use them again!

Elton R did a fantastic job of rebuilding our home following a flood. They stayed on schedule and on budget, and were always responsive if we encountered a problem. Communication was excellent as well. As both a homeowner and Designer, I would use them again and recommend them to my clients.

We hired Elton at the recommendation of our architect for a complete home remodel after multiple devastating water leaks (the furnace failed). We were not disappointed and were impressed with Elton's professionalism and attention to detail throughout the project. They were very good at finding quality subcontractors and the work Elton did themselves was top notch. Elton consistently delivered high-quality work, stayed on schedule, and kept us informed every step of the way. Their team was courteous, reliable, and went above and beyond to address the few concerns that came up. Most of the concerns we would have had, were with subs and Elton was a step or two ahead of us before the concerns became actual issues. We are thrilled with the final result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy contractor.

Elton R Construction has completed 3 remodeling projects for us in the last 5 years: a top to bottom kitchen remodel; a complete master bedroom/bathroom remodel that included a new walk-in closet, heated tile floor, and custom stonework; and conversion of an inground swimming pool to a sunken patio with a fire pit and pergola. All three projects were completed in exemplary fashion. As you would expect for a high-end construction company, Elton R employs highly skilled workers and subcontractors. The pool to patio conversion was a very complex job that included demolition of the old swimming pool, intricate concrete and stonework, and fabrication of a custom fire pit. The concrete and stone contractor brought on by Elton is second to none, and he created a show piece patio for us. In addition to their skill and expertise, we have found all of the craftsmen to be highly respectful of us being in the house. They have been courteous, mindful of our mornings and evenings, and have always left the job site as clean as possible at the end of the day. Elton’s project managers are top-notch. This was particularly evident for the master bedroom/bathroom remodel, which started in January 2020 and continued through the spring during the worst of the Covid 19 pandemic. Elton’s project manager kept the project moving while limiting the number of individuals in the home to a minimum and taking all necessary precautions. Despite pandemic-related complications and supply issues, the project manager brought the project to completion just a few weeks longer than the originally planned 4 months. Finally, all three projects were completed within budget. In our experience, you can’t ask for a better construction company, and we can’t recommend Elton R Construction more highly.

It was great to work with Elton R on our home remodel. They managed the project well, helped us stay on budget, and timed everything as well as was possible in these times of delayed shipping etc. They work with a great team of contractors who did an excellent job in executing our vision. The crew was always friendly and respectful of our property.

We worked with Chris LeGault as our project manager. The best word for our experience with Chris is "Amazing"! Imagine doing a $1M major home renovation and respecting your project manager as the "best in the business" at the end. He is organized, honest, does what he says, super smart, clever, has high standards, does not take shortcuts ever, always want to do things the right way, transparent, reliable, detailed, held subs to high standards .... I could keep going with all sorts of positives things about him, Matt and all the Elton workers who were part of our project. My wife led our project and I was really impressed with how well he took the time to listen to her, he understood what she wanted and made it happen. Our home is the modern Newport project that has photos on the Elton website.

My wood flooring company works with Elton on many projects. They are wonderful to work with! They are extremely organized, on-time, process-oriented, do incredible work, and are really nice people. Their hearts are really in their work and they build strong relationships with their clients and their subcontractors. I highly recommend them! If you want your remodel to go smoothly hire Elton!

I was so very impressed with Elton! They came in on time, on budget (with just a few changes, all of which they cleared with me beforehand) and their work was impeccable. The supervisor, Mike Lyttle, was respectful, communicative and obviously respected by his colleagues. He was on top of things the whole time. Everyone I met on site was responsible and hard working. Elton also coordinated very well with our design team at EKD, and the execution was seamless. I was particularly impressed that they followed up after the finishing and made sure to fix any little nits that remained a few months later. I now live in my dream home. Top Notch!

When we began our project we were new to construction. We braced ourselves for horror stories like cost overrun, schedule overrun, lack of communication and transparency. All things that are apparently rife in the industry. I'm thrilled to tell anyone who will listen that ERC was phenomenal and we encountered NONE of the problems other people complain about with their contractors. Just the opposite. Every person at ERC from the owners to the PMs to the construction workers were 100% professional, caring human beings who did amazing work. We are so happy with our house and feel grateful to have worked with ERC. They have our full trust and endorsement.
