We are a subcontractor for Emerald Park Homes. We supply and install all their Hearth products for all their homes. We have a great working relationship with Gary and all his staff at Emerald Park Homes. Every time they call for a fireplace install they are always ready for us. Gary will also call us to set up an appointment for a client to come in an look at our showroom at Northern Fireplace along with giving us all the required plans to help his customer pick out the fireplace best suited for their new home. From selecting the right lot to choosing the fixtures and fittings was made easier by the advice and help of Garry Sawchyn and of the experienced tradespeople recommended. Garry was available to answer any questions we had or would get back to us promptly if busy. He worked with us personally to solve problems, such as no window in the laundry room which was to be used for our dogs as well, and suggested installing a sun tunnel, perfect solution! Making the most of available space for the basement bedroom by building the closet into the furnace room giving more floor space. We also changed our minds along the way about various things, such as adding deeper cupboards above the fridge, changing the shower door, adding built in shelving either side of the fireplace and screening the deck, all of this done without any problems and still sticking to our deadline and budget. Garry and Lorena are wonderful to work with, always happy to see you and to listen to your needs and they want nothing more than to build your dream home.
