I was struggling with what type and color flooring to get in my home to match different woodworks (cabinets and furniture). I am replacing carpet in many rooms with wood or laminate floors. I am glad I found Emily from Regina Creative on houzz. Emily has a vision of what would look good together and is very knowledgeable when it comes to seeing the big picture. We walked through my house together in order for her to get a good picture of what was needed and to find out what I had in mind. Emily went with me to the carpet/flooring store in my area to help with picking out the right flooring that would look fabulous in my home. That is exactly what she accomplished. I am 100% happy with my new floors. Emily was a pleasure to work with. Thank you.

It is rare to find someone with the same level of know-how and care that Emily possesses. I hired her when I was at my wit's end of designing my NYC apartment. What was a difficult task for me, Emily navigated with ease. She walked me through a paint by numbers process which gave me sufficient guidance while leaving enough room for our collective creativity to flourish. With each step, she displayed her wealth of knowledge for interior design and exemplary customer service abilities. She made the project seamless and relieved the stress I previously felt before working together. On top of that, she was an absolute joy to work with! Regina is wonderful! She is patient, professional and detail oriented. She helped furnish and decorate our entire home. No detail was too small and she can work with you based on your budget which is key. Each step of the way she was there. It started with our offer being accepted and asking the contractor to do some work in the kitchen before we moved in. She helped design our shelves in the kitchen and help pick out a stove based on our specifications regarding how much I cook and how I cook. She helped pick out a spice rack and create space where there was limited space. She worked with each room in the house from furniture to rugs to some accent pieces. She even re painted our dining table and side table herself. She cares about the environment which is important to me and should be to anyone looking to hire a decorator. She knows how to repurpose items or re-use them in way you didn't initially think about. She did it all. But the best was when her and I hit Home Goods to pick out some throw pillows. She is just genuinely fun to be around! Important when you are trying to figure out what you want and don't want and often times can't decide.

I hired Emily to design a back deck for my mom's house in the SF Bay Area. She created the design, hired the contractor and managed the project from conception to completion. She created a sanctuary and mom could not be happier. The design was conceived while Emily was temporarily in California and the construction happened after she returned to New York. My wife and I just purchased our first condo together. Over the years, we’ve collected various pieces of furniture that don’t quite work together. We wanted a fresh start for our new home but didn’t know how to combine our styles. As soon as we met with Emily we felt very comfortable working with her. She helped us define our style and has guided us through the different stages of designing a home. Not only does she have a great eye but she is able to get crafty when it comes to budget. Emily staged my home for sale and she created an amazing transformation. Emily has some great ideas and has an exceptional talent for defining a room. She picked up on many of the details such as furniture scale for room size and color coordination. I was totally amazed at how she transformed my home. I wished it had looked that way while I was living there. It was exactly the way it should have been. I almost didn’t want to sell. I would like her to do the interior design work in my next home.
