I hired Tedora Inc after seeing the great work they did remodeling three bathrooms and a kitchen in a friend's brownstone. From the estimate visit to the day they finished the job, swept up, and left me with my wonderful new bathroom, Igor and crew were helpful, informative, and did exactly what they said they would do. I have recommended Tedora to all my friends, and I can't rave enough about what a pleasure it is taking a shower in my new space. Originally the bathroom was a generic renovation done before I bought my house, the toilet was visible from the kitchen, and there was no shower. You can see it in the photos. I consulted with Igor about what we could do with the small space, and he figured out how to have a full size shower, switched the toilet and sink (so I don't have to look at the toilet from the kitchen anymore!), let me know exactly what materials and fixtures I needed, and guided me about where to get them. If you need more design help than that, Tedora has a designer to work with, but I wanted to create my own space, and Igor helped me do exactly that. He also has access to great specialists for things like door saddles, counters and cabinetry, if you want to use them, and his counter top specialist helped me house the ceramic sink I bought years ago in Mexico but never had enough know-how to figure out how to install it. I could not be happier with my bathroom, and the level of service; I plan to use Tedora again when I remodel my kitchen. Thanks Igor and your talented crew!

We hired Tedora to remodel our basement. Igor, Vlad and their team did a fantastic job. They were very competitive with their cost estimate. They were also very clear that they charged for labor only and which building materials were to be paid and supplied by us. We preferred them over other contractors that were ambiguous. Also, they were ready to start fairly quick. As they started work, they provided daily status updates. They were also very careful to defer the decisions to us - not just build something that was easy for them. We ran into some unanticipated work, but these guys handled it gracefully at a minimal cost. They were flexible to work around our schedule. They also went out of their way on multiple occasions. Best of all - they finished work before the promised date. These guys are very skilled at what they do. All we had to do is explain our concerns and they would quickly arrive at a solution. The quality of their work is impeccable. You wouldn’t be disappointed with them.

I will continue to post a review for Igor and his entire crew at Tedora Construction because it is the very least I can do, besides personally recommending him to my friends, family, and clients in the restaurant and bar business. This is my 5 or 6th time using Tedora and by far our biggest project to date. We did a full gut renovation of our kitchen and our main bathroom. I trust Tedora so much that most of the job was done while my wife and I were away visiting family in France. My wife is 5 months pregnant and we have a 4 year old girl, so living in an apt with no kitchen and no main bathroom wasn't gonna be an ideal situation. I am lucky to have connected with Tedora over 5 years ago and to have the faith in him and his team to not only get the job done sooner than they promised but to also over deliver on the job itself.

I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! Tedora recently refinished all the floors and painted the interior of my newly purchased CO-OP. They started the job with less than one week's notice and it took less than a week to complete. Igor and his team did an amazing job! I was the interior designer on a full home remodel and this was our first project together. The quality of work is high and his price was fair. They were able to start quickly and completed the home for the clients before Christmas. It was very easy to work and communicate with him and his team. He even brought in a sub-contractor for the countertops and I couldn't be happier with the result. You can tell they have strong attention to detail, and the tile work was especially precise. I look forward to working with Tedora again soon and will recommend them to everyone I know in the New York area!

Tedora did an amazing job renovating my bathroom. From the start they were true to their word, punctual and most of all great at what they do.
