Kitchen and Bath Galleries were on time and the quality of the cabinets and the install are outstanding. The whole project was completed ahead of schedule! KBG, and specifically Emily Culley, worked with me for over 15 months to design and build a completely custom kitchen that reflected my unique needs and the way my family and I use a kitchen. She asked many questions to expose needs I'd not even identified, she listened to every unique request I had and offered feedback and guidance so that we balanced functionality with livability. She incorporated specific accessories that complimented my vision perfectly. Our home is an open floor plan, so our kitchen is on display throughout our entire first floor - our goal was to create a completely functional kitchen while disguising it as an extension of our living areas. With Emily's guidance, we far exceeded even our own vision of the space and created the perfect space for our family. As a former project manager myself, I was quite impressed with Emily's attention to detail, design skills and ability to keep our kitchen remodel on schedule. Emily is highly respected by all the contractors that worked on the project. We love our new kitchen and plan to hire Emily again to redesign our master bedroom suite.

We recently finished a total bathroom renovation and are very pleased with how everything turned out. Emily Culley was our designer and she was absolutely great…she worked with us from start to finish and always answered questions quickly and thoroughly. She has clearly managed much bigger and more complicated projects but we always had her full attention, no matter how small the question or issue. It was helpful to me that she had the big picture in mind but also paid close attention to the many details which were important. All that we purchased through and had installed by Kitchen and Bath Galleries was of very high quality and expertly installed (e.g., cabinets, counters, tile, etc.). I couldn't recommend Emily and her team more highly - from start to finish, they were great!

Emily demonstrated a complete grasp of the project, from design to product acquisition and integration. She was especially good at anticipating the practical issues that may arise in construction or practical use of the space. This helped us avoid some design flaws we would not have otherwise been aware of until the project was complete.

Recommended to us by friends, Emily helped us with our primary bathroom remodel in 2018 and our recently completed kitchen update. For both projects, Emily thoroughly understood our design preferences, goals and budget. Working within these parameters she helped us achieve a cohesive design for the spaces. Emily is extremely knowledgeable, organized, detail oriented and a pleasure to work with. From start to finish, Emily is patient and very responsive. She always answered our many questions to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend her.

I’ve worked with Emily on two home renovation and building projects and couldn’t recommend her more! We just completed a whole house remodel where Emily worked with us on designing our kitchen, 2 baths, laundry room and den dry bar. She did a walk through with us where she asked lots of questions on our vision for the spaces, how we live and what we wanted to accomplish. Then she was able to translate this into a fabulous result. She was an invaluable sounding board when we had questions or unexpected issues. Cannot say how much she did for us and what a joy she was to work with.

Emily guided me through renovating my kitchen and four bathrooms. She made the process simple and walked me through it from concept to delivery. I appreciated that she helped me make decisions in a specific order, and she gave me a finite number of options. It kept me from feeling overwhelmed. If I ever didn't like any of the options, she would come back with more. She was opinionated and offered guidance without dictating the design to me. And there were definitely some tiny details where I honestly didn't have a strong opinion and just told her "you tell me" and everything turned out great.

I had a great experience working with Emily. She was knowledgeable and provided us with honest opinions in order to help us design our dream kitchen. She was very attention orientated and extremely helpful during the construction phrase. The finished project looks great and the design in terrific. I highly recommend Emily Culley.

Emily along with Kitchen and Bath galleries were great. I had the whole house renovated (3 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, wet bar, and pantry) and Emily walked me through every step of the way. She had a way to simplify a LOT of decisions and take the pressure off 'making the wrong one'! I had a hard time imagining what some of the countertops would look like with the backsplash I chose and she assured me that it would look great, so I put my faith in her and she was right, everything is beautiful. I would also like to comment that the cabinets are really good quality. They clean up really well and are very sturdy, I can tell they will last a long time. She is a true professional an and expert in the field. I also purchased all my appliances from Kitchen and Bath in Cary, they were great too. The two K and B locations along with Emily worked together to make sure everything fit and was delivered together. Houzz only allows you to upload 6 photos, which is unfortunate because there are more that I could have shown.
