Eric and his team are great to work with, and did a really nice job with our new screened porch and garage. They were very responsive, kept in close communication throughout the project, and were very clear and and fair in all respects.

Cross point construction was excellent to work with. They were on time and precise in their work and craftsmanship. They helped us a restore a 1920 Victorian and turn it into a beautiful current home in keeping with the original bones and character of the original home. I would highly recommend working with Eric at crosspoint and we will most certainly use his team for our future remodels.

Crosspoint did an amazing job...couldn't be happier. We have done our fair share of renovations over the years and so excited we were introduced to Eric (owner) via the work he did for our neighbors. They added a new front porch with metal roof, demoed the old porch, new gutters, new shutters and mortar rub finish to cover 1984 brick. A stickler for details, i was impressed with their communication, realistic deadlines and ability to manage the project to our budget.

Can't say enough about these great guys! They guided us through a budget-conscious basement remodel and we're thrilled with the results. Owner Eric is a guy of integrity and experience who shoots straight on costs and timelines. His project manager Chris is totally client-centered and approaches every request with a positive attitude. They employ two craftsmen who can build anything, and do it beautifully. All subs were professionals who were always on time and a pleasure to work with. Will use Crosspoint again!

Eric is super easy to work with and knows how to handle with grace the unexpected issues that always pop up with a renovation. I have used him for 2 projects and both turned out great. One was even completed under budget! (The other one went over because I ended up adding LOTS of additional work to the original plan). First project was a complete bathroom overhaul in a 100+ year old condo down on Belmont. Job was done professionally and the finished project looked updated and fresh, but still fit with the historic/vintage design of the condo and building. The second project was a "to-the-studs" renovation of an historic East Nashville home (house was built in 1910) and it turned out fabulous. Everything was re-done: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roof, floors, walls, kitchen, bathroom. Again, it looks updated and fresh, but still in keeping with the historic feel of the house and neighborhood. All of his sub-contractors were pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Eric and his crew! I wish I could post more photos just to show how amazing the project turned out - but 4 was all I could do.

I had a truly wonderful experience with Crosspoint Construction. Great care was given to my budget and even greater care was given to my family as various subcontractors were in my home. Communication was consistent, work was done in a very timely fashion, even finishing a bit earlier than planned. Crosspoint built a shed for me, completely renovated a 1955 pink tile bathroom and also updated lighting throughout my home as well as framed columns to improve the look of my carport. I highly recommend Eric and his team and will absolutely use Crosspoint Construction again for future renovation needs.

We worked with Eric Miller to create a new room from an unfinished attic space for an exercise area. I want to give them a very strong recommendation. They are superb. Eric was very easy to work with, easy to communicate with, and answered every question we had. His work crew was also excellent. We had superb communication through the process. The workmanship is superior. The team was was very careful with the rest of our home. Now that the project is done, you would have had no idea that the project just ended. We are very happy with the outcome and would suggest very strongly that you work with this team.

Eric and his crew were fantastic! They stained our fence and made some carpentry repairs and did an excellent job! We've had many compliments from neighbors. They were professional, on time, and cleaned up when finished. We will definitely hire them again.

Eric is a great guy to work with! Dependable, Honest, and Trustworthy. He got the job done on a timely manner with top quality workmanship from the draftsman services, permitting, layout, construction and clean up. Eric and Crosspoint Construction were a pleasure to deal with in the design, contracting and construction of an office/French doors in our home. His crew and Project Manager were professional in all aspects of the construction. Their creative nature came into play when we encountered an issue with our molding (no fault of their own). Their resolution to the problem was fantastic and came in under budget. I would recommend Crosspoint to anyone for their construction needs.
