We worked with Eric on a complete transformation of our home and could not be happier with how it turned out! We found Eric through Houzz and initially loved his style. Working with Eric was an absolute pleasure. He is easy to work with, open to feedback, knowledgeable about light and flow and experienced with bringing a project from concept to reality. He guided us through a difficult design review through our town (making sure we got our neighbor's approval) and worked with the proper stakeholders to make sure our project would be approved. He made a stressful experience manageable and I wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone else. I highly recommend Eric.

We enjoyed working with PatriARCh (Eric) on our home renovation and appreciate all his architectural & engineering expertise, ideas and guidance throughout the project. We landed on a design we love and also appreciate Eric thinking ahead and designing to conform with HOA and county specific requirements. Our home is set on a hill and on a unique lot, and Eric was very helpful in determining what was possible & best given that as well as balancing what we hoped for. We are very happy with the result. Our contractors are finishing up the project that we anticipate to be done ~ November 2024. We would work with Eric again.

I cannot say enough great things about working with Eric! We had such a positive experience that we have since referred him to others in need of an architect. He really listened to what we wanted and provided several different options for us to consider before we honed in on the final design. We couldn't be happier with the end result! Eric maximized the space we were working with and designed the perfect home for our family. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and creative in his designs, often coming up with ideas we hadn't even considered, he was so helpful throughout the entire permitting process as well as during our search for a contractor, providing referrals as well as questions to ask while we did our due diligence. We absolutely loved working with Eric and would most definitely work with him again on any future projects!

Our experience with Eric was fantastic! He took our 1940s awkward cottage and turned it into an open and functional space with an additional 900sq. ft. He was clever about maximizing space, given our constraints. He designed a beautiful and functional plan, while listening to our particular needs as a young family with little kids. We definitely appreciated his thoughtfulness regarding staying on budget. His background in structural engineering gives him a practical edge over other architects that we certainly appreciated. Eric is extremely professional, fun to work with, and responsive to emails and calls. As first time remodelers, he even "held our hands" and walked us through the contractor and designer interviews and selections, as well as the permitting process.
