I contacted Rick Oliver from Signature Dream Homes after Endless Pools recommended his company to refurbish my pool. Rick replied quickly, requested some information and scheduled a visit to my home. He arrived with a detailed proposal and reviewed it with me. While he felt uncomfortable providing references for me to call, he did direct me to several websites where his customers had posted reviews. I decided to move forward and it turned out to be a very good decision. Rick communicated well regarding delivery of the parts needed and was then flexible in scheduling the days his crew would do the work. Mike and Tim were obviously knowledgeable and experienced with Endless Pools. They were also courteous, neat and worked quickly. The result is a pool ready to be used for many years to come. I would highly recommend Signature Dream Homes to handle any issues with your Endless Pool.

The job done in 2023 was to replace a leaking 7 year pool liner in a 15 X 11 X 5 foot indoor Endless Pool liner, as well as service the current motor and related flow and support systems . Eric and his team were well trained in this role, and did the job professionally and flawlessly, from disassembly to installation. They not only had the factory training and experience, but they also worked with the Endless Pools to ensure the right parts, supplies and equipment were delivered and installed on time. They were a pleasure to have in the house, arrived and departed on schedule, kept us totally informed, and maintained and left the construction site in pristine condition. I give them my top rating for pre-work consultation, scheduling, and execution, as well as for price and followup.

ric "Rick" Oliver and his team installed a new liner for our Endless Pool this past week. This was much needed, after almost 16 years of daily use, but a process we dreaded. Before finding Rick, we had literally spent months trying to reach someone who could do the work for us. He was immediately responsive, put us on his schedule within a couple days and put a great team (Mike and Tim) on it. They showed up on time, knew exactly what they were doing, got it done without delay, solving a number of latent problems and completed the work on time and on budget. All very friendly fellows, a pleasure to deal with and extremely respectful of our "space" the whole time. I highly recommend Signature Dream Homes and Eric Oliver for this particular specialty, and would assume his commitment to quality work, friendly interaction and fair dealings extend to his broader business of custom home construction. Rick Oliver of Signature Dream Homes did a fantastic job redesigning, building, and overseeing a garage renovation on our property. We had very specific needs for lighting, matching in color and style to our home on the same property (which Rick built a few years ago) and significant changes to the garage doors and access doors. The results exceeded our expectations and we have received many complements on how well this renovation looked when completed.

Signature Dream Homes does not disappoint. Mr. Oliver was wonderful to work with as our project of a screened porch went from a dream to a wonderful completed addition to our home. Our expectations were completely exceeded! Mr. Oliver was able to take our wishes, insert his years of experience and true vision, and then make our dream a reality. Great company. We worked directly with the owner and planned out all of the details for the remodel of our home. We remodeled two bathrooms, a walk-in Master closet, fireplace, and kitchen backsplash. All of the pieces of the process were described very accurately and we were involved with the decisions each step of the way. Mr. Oliver was a professional and all of the people that came to my home for each phase of the remodel were extremely professional. A sign of a great contractor. I was given great information on why I should go in a direction that the contractor believed would be the best quality items to purchase and the best service in a timely manner. I would recommend Signature Dream Homes to anyone. Great Quality, reasonable cost and perfect service when you are considering a remodel or change in your home design.

We hired Rick Oliver to build us a 2-story, 2-room addition to our house and are extremely happy with the results. The lower level of the addition is a sunroom and the upper level is a large master bath. Additionally, our master bedroom was reconfigured to include two new walk-in closets, a laundry closet and a hallway with window. Rick Oliver is an honest builder and easy to work with. He is a stickler for details and requires all sub-contractors (plumbers, electricians and tilers) to meet his high standards of workmanship. We choose to hire Rick Oliver to build our addition on a fixed-price basis...and pay for our own bath fixtures, cabinets, countertops, tile and flooring. We liked this because we knew exactly what our costs would be and that is exactly what we paid. During construction of the addition, we asked if they could do some additional work unrelated to the project and that helped save us money on those items as his people were already there to serve us We highly recommend Rick Oliver/Signature Dream Homes if you want a quality build and an honest builder.

I highly recommend Rick Oliver of Signature Dream Homes. My wife and I hired Rick to be our custom builder, and we have not regretted one moment with him. He is a consummate professional, highly organized, has acute attention to detail, and most importantly of all, totally responsive to his clients. This was a very big investment for us, but Rick made suggestions as the project moved forward that not only made sense, made more effective use of the space, but also saved us money. He truly gave us a "signature dream home!"

It was truly my privilege to have my company selected as the builder and a joy to work with the Lockes! After interviewing many contractors, we selected Rick Oliver and Signature Dream Homes for our complete kitchen gut/remodel. It involved lots of tricky aspects due to the age of the house, but his team of professionals handled it all with no problem. We are delighted with the results and always get compliments whenever someone visits. Best of all, Rick is honest. despite facing hidden hurdles in the job, he never tried to rip us off with "change orders." You can trust him to do a great job at the price he quotes.

This project was a real challenge and yet became one of the top renovations that we've ever done. Before our clients owned it, the house had been added onto and altered over the years with no real vision as to living spaces and without regards to solid building practices presenting a muddled mess in the kitchen and other areas. The real key to the projects' success, were the active efforts on the part of the homeowners to work with us while we came up with solutions. We are most effective when everyone collaborates as a team. The result is one of the most beautiful kitchens and laundry rooms we've done to date. Thank you Rick and Roberta.
