Contracter 2.0 completed a whole house renovation on my Home. Complete new AC, water heater, drywall, flooring, bathroom and kitchen. From the initial proposal to the completion it was a smooth and painless process. Contracter 2.0 consulted and advised on materials, color and design. They kept me informed of the start and completion of each part of the renovation. Overall a very excellent and professional job, completed on time, on budget. Contracter 2.0 should be noted for their attention to detail, great communication, timeliness and workmanship .

Painful, Stressful Experience! It took 7 MONTHS to complete the job they estimated to complete in 3 to 5 DAYS I hired them to install 4 retrofit windows and 2 retrofit sliding patio doors. (Duo-paned) They ordered wrong size windows and cut my house to fit the windows, including cutting a jack stud. They drilled through the weep seal of one door and took over 2 months to order a replacement and installed 5 weeks after order. Installed vinyl trim wrong, and it lifted and/or fell off within 1 or 2 days. Except for the actually window install, they only sent workers infrequently for 1 or two hours a day (I had to be home - days disrupted) I had to repeatedly call, text, email to get this job done. It severely delayed my other projects that were dependent on this completion. On the positive side, the windows/doors were finally installed square, level and plumb. Foreman, Niero was responsive and pleasant.

As i was getting ready to deploy in the late summer this year, I was looking to wrap up a few house projects quickly. I really lucked out with Esteban, because he happened to be available on a day that worked for me, and his team absolutely crushed the job! When they arrived, they took great care around my property, and were very thorough in their work. The project was a 210 sq ft concrete pad for my patio, with a few areas for pipe and clean-outs, and the team finished it in a day! Not only did they complete their work quickly, but with high quality. I have yet to find any fault in their work, and am keeping them in my back pocket for future work around my house. After getting to talk to Esteban, i realized that their portfolio of work was truly diverse, and very impressive. Their expertise ranges from outdoor improvement, to indoor projects. Its not often you find a contractor of his caliber, but when you do, hold on to them. Esteban and his team made my project easy and quick. Looking forward to working with them again!

We contracted with Contractor 2.0 to have a small part of our drywall repaired on our ceiling-- they were quick, responsive and did a good job on the repair within 2 days. It was also at an affordable price. Small areas for opportunities for growth would be direct communication with the repair person so that it's easier to communicate about any potential delays. Thanks for the good work!
