This was our second project with the team. Our first was a Brickel condo that they turned into a Hip Urban Lounge which was very popular for our Airbnb rentals. Their input the design took that unit to the next level. This second project was a Miami Beach Rental at the 1 Hotel, Roney Palace complex. Patricia and the team elevated the design and fixtures to meet and exceed the buildings esthetics and vibe. Very thankful for their efforts and exceptional design knowledge. This project was a total gut and redo and the team handled every phase of the project.

Patricia gave us the dreamiest lobby, and she communicated every step of the way. Her vision is beyond what I though could be achieved in a challenging layout and she delivered on the sophisticated, dreamy modern organic look I always wish to be in. Her idea of a customized living green wall with polished gold lettering for our business sign is our wow factor and every detail has been lovingly orchestrated to work around this beautiful feature, while making a cozy and coherent serene spa-like lobby.

They worked tirelessly to get us our dream home all from the comfort of our primary residence. They handled everything turnkey so we were able to walk in and enjoy.
