My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Exclusively To Design is a Miami-based luxury residential interior design studio creating highly individualized interiors for homeowners, condo owners, relocation buyers, investors, vacation-home owners, and select developer partners across South Florida. Led by Patricia Penker, the studio designs homes around each client’s lifestyle, architecture, collections, entertaining style, and long-term use — not a packaged look or repeated signature formula. From waterfront condominiums in Miami Beach and Aventura to private homes in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Boca Raton, and Palm Beach, each project is shaped through thoughtful space planning, material direction, furnishings, lighting, color, storage, art, and finishing details. If you're looking for an interior designer who is exceptionally talented, professional, and delivers exactly what she promises, I cannot recommend Patricia at Exclusively to Design highly enough. Patricia designed the lobby for our law firm, and the results exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, she understood the image we wanted to project to our clients and created a space that is both elegant and welcoming. Our lobby is absolutely stunning, and it has made a tremendous first impression on everyone who walks through our doors. What impressed me just as much as her creativity was her professionalism. We gave Patricia a very strict budget, and unlike many contractors and designers, she stayed right on budget without sacrificing quality or design. There were no surprises—just outstanding work. As a law firm, we meet with clients in person every day, and first impressions matter. Patricia created a space that reflects our firm's professionalism and attention to detail perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and would recommend Exclusively to Design without hesitation to anyone looking for a designer who combines vision, integrity, and reliability.

This was our second project with the team. Our first was a Brickel condo that they turned into a Hip Urban Lounge which was very popular for our Airbnb rentals. Their input the design took that unit to the next level. This second project was a Miami Beach Rental at the 1 Hotel, Roney Palace complex. Patricia and the team elevated the design and fixtures to meet and exceed the buildings esthetics and vibe. Very thankful for their efforts and exceptional design knowledge. This project was a total gut and redo and the team handled every phase of the project.

Patricia gave us the dreamiest lobby, and she communicated every step of the way. Her vision is beyond what I though could be achieved in a challenging layout and she delivered on the sophisticated, dreamy modern organic look I always wish to be in. Her idea of a customized living green wall with polished gold lettering for our business sign is our wow factor and every detail has been lovingly orchestrated to work around this beautiful feature, while making a cozy and coherent serene spa-like lobby.

Patricia, Carmen and team were amazing from start to finish. We purchased a condo in Sarasota which was bare bones builder finish. They worked tirelessly to get us our dream home all from the comfort of our primary residence. They handled everything turnkey so we were able to walk in and enjoy. Even with issues with our strict building they were able to work through and deliver our project on time.
