EXOVATIONS

This is the second time we have used Exovations for a project. We have been very pleased both times. This time we had new windows installed throughout the house. From the estimate to the finished project, everything went smoothly. Our project manager, Oscar, was very thorough and the work was completed in a timely manner. The installers and painters were great and very neat. We will use Exovations again!

Great experience with Exovations. Jennifer D in sales gave us a detailed spread sheet on cost. She sent us pictures of what the house would look like with new siding and board n batten. John Fogle was the best! He came prior to starting to go over everything with us and to answer any other questions. He was in constant communication and on site most days. Crew was professional and the job was top notch. They replaced siding, windows and put on a new roof. The previous roof had leaked which caused damage to the fireplace and porch, both were repaired with no hiccups. The entire process from beginning to end was as it should be, a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them. Thank you John for being amazing.

Exovations applied HardyPlank, paint, and new gutters to my house 10 years go. The experience was so positive, I elected to use Exovations to paint my house in October, 2021. The job was seamless. The Project Manager, Michael Vanden did an excellent job of coordinating the job from start to finish. The sales person, Wes Peavy was very professional in his explanation of the contract.

Exovations damaged my property, and attempted to cover up for their incompetence and poor judgement. During the first week, Exovations began tearing apart a screened porch which was not part of the contract scope. The crew left pieces of my EzeBreeze screened porch lying in a pile for weeks (see photo). They broke a large custom window while prying off old decking with a crow bar! See photo with remnants of old boards still hanging from screws. Why didn't they back out the screws and simply lift away the old boards? Why didn't they take some measure to protect the window, a sheet of plywood maybe? Their continued error and poor workmanship, alongside the fact that Exovations began to reuse damaged material, while attempting to hide their mistakes, leaves me fearful. Not one section of the new railing fits properly, but there is plenty of black marker and rail-colored paint in effort to disguise this. Thank god we did a small "test" project before committing to a 20k+ multi-stage renovation project with this company. They weren't the cheapest bid by a long shot, but we bought into the sale's guy's pitch about paying for smooth roll-out and peace of mind. The reality? Started with a small roofing project, estimated to take two days. Workers came the first day, never came back. Contract stated they were supposed to clean the worksite daily, but left water bottles and plastic cups scattered around our yard. Nobody showed up to our scheduled after-project walkthrough two days later. We had no idea if the project was finished or not: leftover materials were still in our yard FOUR days later when I finally called the project manager that had been assigned to me. No pickup, just voice mail. Got a call later from someone else at the company with the excuse that the project manager had unexpectedly quit on them. That's great, but how exactly does that excuse the worker trash, crushed landscaping, abandoned leftover materials, and total radio silence from the company? I could have got twice the "peace of mind" for half the price. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I signed a contract for work with Chris Ray on Jan 31st. I was told to expect someone to follow up with me after the initial 3 days that they gave me to back out of the contract passed. After not hearing from anyone, I called the main contact number to follow up with Exovations. The woman who answered the phone seemed irked that I had called at all and instructed me to call Chris directly. I placed a call to Chris and waited 2 or more days before he returned my call, he apologized and informed me he had been out of town. I told him that I had not heard from anyone and he said he would get back to me. Days passed and no response. I emailed him Feb 9th, and told him I was starting to have concerns about doing work with his company due to lack of responsiveness. I got a reply from him on the 12th apologizing for the delay saying he would follow up with me that morning. He did not. I had to call him the next day and leave another message before he finally callled me back the next day. He told me that even though he had included and listed new gutters in the contract that he had not included the cost for them in the contract and that the job had been put on hold until this was resolved. Yes, I have a signed contract with everything listed out and a total price signed by Chris. (((My main complaint here is the total lack of timely responsiveness to my phone calls and emails.))) Thats my experience. Total lack of responsiveness and failure to honor their contract. : (

These guys are awesome! John Nicholson was my sales rep and he was extremely helpful in getting us a design for a porch and deck within our budget. I cannot say how great and awesome my project manager, Tony Fricks, was. He came out about 2 months before our project was to start and walked through everything and had specific dates about how and when things would get done. More importantly, he knows how to communicate and you always know where your project stands - he calls everyday, even when there is no work scheduled to be done that day to check in and make sure you are at ease. Unlike a kitchen company that we hired and had to summarily fire for awful work, the opposite is true of Exovations! They did very high quality work!! I would use them again in a heartbeat if we have another significant outdoor project.

The Exovations team exceeded expectations! They were on time, on budget and did not create any stress. The job was seamless. The employees were trustworthy, personal and professional. They came when they said they would be there and worked consistently throughout the project. They had the right equipment for the right jobs that they were performing and were well prepared in every aspect. They were diligent in measuring every area several times to ensure that everything was correct. They replaced our old windows with a superior product. The entire team was always conscious of customer needs and customer service. They protected our furniture and floors while working on the windows and they cleaned up after themselves every day and did not leave a mess. The exterior of our home looks new again!

Tony Frick, Josh, and the Exavations team were awesome when building our screened in porch. Professional courteous, and pay detail to detail. Always responded during job to requests.

Hired Exovations for our porch addition. Exceeded our expectations! Tony Fricks, Project Manager, was easy to work with. Always responded to my calls promptly and was very professional. The project came out better than expected....and was on time! Highly recommend Exovations.

Exovations is the best contractor to work with. We have had Exovations replace our siding windows and now our door and are completely satisfied. Terry Brooks helped us pick out the best options and patiently answered all our questions. Jim McCulloch made sure our job was done right. The crews of Exovations treated our house like it was their own. I would not hesitate to use them for our next project.

I've been a customer since 2013. Since then the Exovations team have replaced all the windows in my home, front, back and interior garage doors. When I am planning an exterior renovation project in my home, they are my first and only call. Each time I ask for Terry Brooks by name. He's been my sales contact since day 1. He's always courteous and extremely knowledgeable, and I'm always confident that he and Exovations will do the job right the first time and within my budget. Customer for life!
