We had 2 bathrooms remodeled. Jenn has great attention to detail! She is very organized and really gets to know her clients. She gave advice while at the same time listening to what we wanted. Jenn has a knack for making the most of existing space and she ensured that we were happy with every last detail!

It began with an understanding of our wants as evidenced by varied design options presented to us. Jen communicates effectively so there were no misunderstandings. She remained flexible which met our changing needs based on budget or revised ideas. We are thrilled with the outcome. It exceeded our expectations. I have been pleased with the materials used. The project was completed on time. Overall a great experience and I plan to use their services again.

We undertook a major renovation of our kitchen/dining/family room and David was there every step of the way! David is very knowledgeable about the latest kitchen design trends and helped us to sort through the multitude of decisions facing us during the design process. He was very open to incorporating our ideas into a layout that was efficient based on industry standards. The 3-D drawings were very helpful in visualizing the final product. He provided detailed pricing of the cabinetry and granite we decided upon and always let us know if changes we wished to make would alter the price. During construction, David checked in regularly with the contractor to coordinate details. He is extremely organized and was readily available to me throughout the project. I would never undertake another project of this magnitude without him!

My wife and I were very pleased with how our kitchen remodel came out. David did and excellent job working with us to design a kitchen that was both beautiful and functional. David Annand is a pleasure to work with. He designed our powder room/ laundry room. It is spectacular. It is the most beautiful powder room/ laundry room we have ever seen! We had limited space and he designed it such that it allowed everything to fit perfectly while still being extremely attractive. It really is spectacular. David is very gifted in what he sees and suggests. He helped us with choices for granite, cabinets, lighting, floor tile,and everything we needed. We never would have made these outstanding choices without him. He always listened to our input also. He is easy to talk with and is available when you have questions. His construction team was wonderful to have in the house. They always came when they said they would, did excellent work and cleaned up. I highly recommend Expert Design Solutions and David Annand.

David from Expert Design Solutions was great to work with!! We called him after receiving a recommendation from a friend to help us design our dining/kitchen area. David came to our home, listened to our ideas, gave us great new ideas and then created a computer design of what our kitchen would look like. It was perfect and he worked within our budget. When it was time to renovate our 27 year old master suite we new we wanted to consult with David Annand. We have known him for over 20 years and have seen many of his fabulous bathroom and kitchen designs. After a very detailed walk through of our existing master suite he opened our eyes to a couple of different options to better utilize the space. Throughout the project David was always available to consult with by phone and onsite. He created a design that turned our master suite into an absolute dream! In planning to remodel our badly outdated kitchen and adjoining dining/mud room, my husband and I planned on getting bids from 3 designers based on referrals from friends before deciding who to hire. David was among the group of them, and the first one we contacted. Right away, he told us the first thing he'd like to do is see the space. So we made an appointment to show it to him, and honestly we were a little embarrassed at how shabby and outdated it was. But no matter! He arrived on time, and within the first ten minutes, the ideas he had presented for redesigning the space had light bulbs going off all over the place in our minds. Such great ideas! "How about if we get rid of these old casement windows and put in a big picture window there?". "What if we put custom cabinets all along that bare wall to give you a lot of needed storage?" Wow! We hadn't thought of that, and that was just the beginning. Beyond that, his warm personality and professional demeanor put us totally at ease. That our job was nowhere near the largest, or most expensive one his company had worked on before did not matter at all. By the end of the visit, we knew we weren't even going to call anyone else. We were sold, and he hadn't even presented an actual design yet! He then came up with a design that was within budget, well thought out, and absolutely gorgeous. Loved it! We then met with him at his beautiful showroom, where he walked us through the process of picking out cabinetry, flooring, and stone for our counters and island. There is such a great selection that although it wasn't easy to choose, we managed to get everything selected in one visit. His vast knowledge and extensive experience put us at ease in trusting his judgement whenever we were on the fence about something. He is very good at "reading" people - getting a feel for their likes and taste based on their personality, etc. It shows in his design. We could not be happier. On top of all that, the contractor he chose to work with us was by far the best we have ever hired. Top-notch professionalism, skill, courtesy, and just honestly some of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. It's never easy to have people in your house every day for several weeks, but we really could not have asked for a better team. In fact, I'm going to miss them! We are absolutely thrilled and grateful, and loving our beautiful new space.
