The Floor Store

Cannot recommend this company more highly! They have been my flooring vendors now for over 20 years. Wonderful selection, great customer service and install. Couldn't do what I DO without them. Here are just a few of the many projects I've done with them.

I met with the sales person on April 3,2019 The job was finished on July 16,2019 The lack of communication and follow through was abhorable!! Very disappointed in this company!!

Great help in selecting flooring materials. Work was completed on schedule. Everything left neat and clean. Floor really looks great.

We contacted the floor store for carpet and flooring for our home. The Salesman (Chris) worked hard at finding what we were seeing in our mind, and he nailed it! The carpet went in first and it was amazing. The installer (Paco) was wonderful and a great job of installing it. I thought he was supper and so helpful with all the little problems the room posed. Then the floors started to go in and I was worried because the 1st installer was so good., but did not work with wood. Then we met Brian and he , I must say, was a floor god. He made everything and every problem seem small and fixed some bad problems on the stairs that were built in our house. All the neighbors came over every night to see his progress and were amazed at the detail he put into his job. We could not be happier!!! Brian, Paco and the Floor Store are my new best friends and I look at future projects here at the house. All around wonderful and amazing people to work with. Thank You Thank You for the face lift this house needed.

Ken,Mike and Melanie were so very helpful. Their customer service was superb. I was concerned about the installation of the carpeting and linoleum in my home. All of the baseboards and door moldings were handcrafted by my husband. Chris and Shaun did an EXCEPTIONAL job. I couldn't be happier.

The Floor Store is able to handle a broad spectrum flooring needs with knowledgeable employees and we are always confident they can meet our production schedules. With a very wide variety of styles in an impressive showroom, we also feel good about sending clients there as part of our Design Build process when they wish to do some of their own research.

Jay worked with me for weeks to prepare bids for my insurer and to make the project fit my schedule. Javier and Moi were at my home twice on Saturdays to do the work - they were courteous, sought my input when needed, and did a great job. Highly recommend the Floor Store.

the true mark of a really good company to do business with is one that when things don't go always the way you expected that they make it right, and that it's handled with respect and professionalism. They worked around my schedule, even whrn thst involved changes on my part and were always very accommodating with whatever I requested. That's what The Floor Store did for me, and I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs carpeting or flooring. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
