Crescent Designs has done 2 projects for me. Both projects were complex and required supervision and attention to detail. Felipe exceeded my expectations! In addition his wife Olga is an interior designer. My wife worked with Olga to get the exact look we wanted. I highly recommend Crescer Designs for your project. The most recent project was a from the ground up free standing structure.

The Crescer Designs team is amazing! They have completed two projects for me, completely transforming a large open space / play room into shelving and a functional workspace. What sets them apart is the attention to detail -- for example they added special lighting to accent my son's toy collection and incorporated hidden outlets for a clean look. We are working to design projects #3 and #4 and their innovative ideas to bring utility to an awkward nook in the kitchen area have me really excited. Highly recommend!

We first worked with Felipe and Olga 10 years ago on our "Modern Home Theater". When it came time to do our kitchen/loft, there was no comparison shopping necessary. We knew they would have the best ideas/design, a fair price and deliver a great product. We love working with them and will continue to on future projects! Felipe and Olga (dba Crescer Designs, LLC) became my contractors by default. I had tried several other contractors only to find for one reason or another they were unable or unwilling to take the job. That was the best thing that ever happened to me. They were very knowledgeable and paid great attention to detail. The plan they came up with for the space was genius. I couldn’t re-imagine the space though I had tried for years. They had a plan within days of evaluating things. Their plan improved traffic flows in the area and flawlessly incorporated another major renovation that we’d done 5 years prior. The job encompassed 1000 square feet of living space. It included a formal living room, a den and kitchen. The house was built in the 60’s. All these spaces were somewhat compartmentalized and had all the issues you find in a house built in that era. This greatly limited the functionality for everyday living as well as entertaining. The living room was rarely used as it was shut off from the other spaces. The kitchen was not functioning properly as the original design was no longer working and there was not enough storage. All those problems were addressed with their initial plan. They assessed the issues and made sure they were all addressed. The most amazing thing was the beautiful spice cabinet they built. I have a large number of spices and they were all over the place. I could spend 30 minutes looking for a spice. I now have all my spices organized in one place. That alone saves me a ton of time. They built beautiful cabinets for additional pantry space and a large peninsula that gives me a ton of workspace as well as eating space. There were other changes in addition to the kitchen. The fireplace in the den was redone to allow a TV above it, which gave the room one focal point. Olga selected the most beautiful granite for the fireplace. The entire area now has consistent hard wood flooring. We have new windows, new doors, added insulation all of which have improved energy efficiency. Felipe made recommendations in these areas when he deemed them beneficial. I cannot say enough about how great things turned out. It took a little longer than we expected but was well worth the wait. I have been functioning in the space for a couple of months and have found it to be extremely efficient. The paint colors, lighting, quartz and kitchen hardware that Olga picked out are superb and fit perfectly with my style. Felipe and Olga are the best. Under promise and over deliver 100%. Beautiful work, great subs, hard working crew. Best contractor ever by a long shot. Plus they are funny and super nice people. They covered our patio in gabled cedar in less than three weeks.

Felipe and Olga are a dream team. They came with excellent references and did not disappoint. They stuck to the time line and budget. They were transparent when changes needed to be made. They were honest about design ideas and flexible to come up with creative solutions. We plan to hire them again for future renovations. They were a hidden gem that I found thanks to Houzz.

TRUSTWORTHY. Felipe ran a full renovation of a 1919 built home in Bishop Arts, and I could not be more happy that I found Felipe and Crescer Designs. Key points: - Felipe is always on time; doesn’t reschedule all the time, make excuses, or try to nickel and dime you all the time. - Felipe ran the full scope of my project (turn key), but is a carpenter by trade so he cares about his work. You don’t get cheap stuff and flimsy work. - Priced very reasonably. You can find cheaper contractors, you cannot find better value. - You will save money by hiring Felipe instead of hiring someone cheaper and then hiring Felipe to fix their work (trust me) - Felipe and his wife have amazing vision for designs and layouts. They are truly artists. Look at their work.. this is not you’re every day contractor. True professionals who love their craft. My absolute highest recommendation.

We hired Crescer Designs for a large remodel project and addition of a 1,000 sqft second story. We were very happy with the process and result. Felipe created 3D models of the entire project and was able to customize every special request we had. We highly recommend this company.

This was a very difficult project, particularly with the structural challenges. It became more so after removing existing sheetrock and finding unexpected framing conditions. Felipe did an excellent job in adjusting to the surprises with skill and a positive attitude. The finished project is beautiful. I would absolutely recommend him for future projects.

Felipe and Olga designed and created a beautiful master bath/closet for us. The workmanship is top notch. The materials used were excellent. Work was completed on schedule. Anything we noticed at completion that didn’t meet our complete satisfaction were gladly corrected on a timely basis. Flippo is amazing. He is a designer. He translates owner ideas into gorgeous structural outcomes. He built a customized bar in our entertainment room and transformed a coat closet into a beautiful wine grotto. He is well priced for his expertise, incredibly reliable, fair in his approach and very professional. I would highly, highly recommend Crescer Designs. Felipe and his team did a great job building our wine cellar. We converted an existing room, and he helped us from the design phase all the way through working through a few issues after construction. Felipe has always been accessible to help with modifications as well - he recently built us a rolling ladder to help us access the upper areas of the cellar. He is trustworthy and dependable - two attributes you don't always find in a contractor!

I fabricate and install there natural stone countertops. They are very detail on projects and schedule there project on a easy time manner.

Crescer Designs has manufactured a bed, dresser, bench, credenza, and table for us. All were custom designed to fit the dimensions, colors and style of our house. All are gorgeous, precisely constructed with wood grains matching perfectly. They are far superior to anything we could have purchased at retail.

The designer came in and asked us a lot of questions on what we wanted and what our taste were. She then came back and presented several design options of which we picked one. The process was a complete gut and build out. The process took about 6 weeks. The workers were polite and professional and the project came in on budget and on time. We are extremely satisfied with the result and will use them for future projects.
