Kevin and his team were amazing. Kevin spent time with us deciding and recommending what flooring we should go with. Through out the ordering process we were kept well informed and as installation day was approaching we were told what to expect. The day of installation was great, The team showed up and assured us everything would be taken care of and not to worry. The floors look amazing and we are very happy. Highly recommend.

Kevin is very flexible to work with and really helped us figure out our design plan and resolved issues we had to work around. Ultimately we had his guys fix our walls where needed, rip up old kitchen and basement tile, lay new tile, re-carpet stairs and paint walls. And Kevin was very involved in the whole process. The crew was very experienced, showed up early everyday, cleaned up their mess and worked tirelessly to give us the perfect floors! Very happy with the end results!

I cannot say enough positive things about Floors Come True, Kevin and his team. Kevin was very patience with me and the decisions needed to remodel. He went out of his way many times to find and research what needed to be. Time was never an issue with him. He would stay in contact even if it meant an email he had to send at 10 pm. Kevin is very detailed and precise. Customer service is HUGE to Kevin. Always aiming to please. His team is very professional, friendly, and accommodative to your concerns. They never leave your home a mess at the end of the day. . I would recommend Floors Come True every time! Many of my neighbors have asked and I've referred them to Kevin. You rarely find a company so caring and fair on pricing. We need more of this everywhere.

Our experience was 100% satisfactory with the workers and the owners of the company and would definitely use them for any future flooring projects. We had very old floors stripped and refinished beautifully and new carpeting on stairs done.

Floors Come True did an excellent job. We put hardwood flooring in our dining, family, living rooms and hallway. We also replaced the floor in our utility room with vinyl tile. The installers were terrific. This company is very professional in all aspects. You will get a job well done from Floors Come True!

Kevin was super helpful in making our new flooring “come true” within our budget. Very helpful in picking out floors that work for our lifestyle while achieving the look we wanted. The installers were great and did the job quickly. I would recommend Floors Come True to anyone!

Outstanding experience. Got 3 quotes and Kevin was by far the best. Their pricing was right in line with everyone else, however his professionalism, advice and suggestions, far exceeded the competition. The works arrived on time, did a great job and the carpet looks wonderful. No issues at all. I strongly recommend these guys to anyone looking for flooring. At a minimum make sure you get a quote and talk to them.
