I can't speak highly enough about FGB. My wife and I had been trying to find the right builder for over 2 years that would fit our needs. It wasn't until we met the the folks at FGB that we found exactly what we were looking for. The team was more than willing to make the process custom to our needs and wants. Throughout the entire process, the communications were rapid and thorough. They were very transparent about costs and timelines. Our home was finished ahead of schedule and blew away any concept of how nice we thought the finished product would have ever been. If I had everthing to do all over again, I would have just called them sooner!

My husband and I reached out to FGB with some house plans that we'd found online that perfectly matched what we were looking for. They were very receptive from the start - agreeing to use the plans we provided, and modify them within their system to complete our custom build for us. The entire team from start to finish was incredibly accommodating, easy to work with, and very friendly and helpful. We already lived where we were building, so I know it was a challenge for them having us on site the entire time, able to watch everything they were doing, every second! The process in choosing (and changing our minds a lot) every single detail that we wanted was very seamless. Its been a few months since our build was completed, and we still work with our PM on small outstanding fixes that you just don't find until you move in. This process is also seamless. We have enjoyed working with FGB so much that we miss our interactions with their team now that our home is complete. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to build in our area - and already have on several occasions!

Frank Good was able to take an existing floor plan that we really liked (Whitewood Estates) and modify it to fit our land parameters. They were able to modify our plans on specific things we wanted added/changed, so it was exactly what we dreamed of. They were easy to work with, timely and professional. They were flexible and understanding when we changed our minds on a few things at the very end too. They were also helpful in the sense that they were realistic with us as far as things that would actually work/look good and things that would not. We had a wonderful experience in working with Frank Good Builders, and would highly recommend working with them if you're looking for a custom designer/builder.

Frank Good Builders are truly the best to work with! We live in Texas and were looking for a custom house design. We worked with Philip on our design and the process was very smooth. He is very professional and provided great insight as we worked through the design process. My wife and I are incredibly thankful to have found Frank Good Builders. We started from land that was nothing but trees and Seth was more than willing to walk the woods with us and give us the vision we needed. The entire team was extremely knowledgeable, kind and responsive throughout the whole process. From the designing, selections, build, and just all the many steps from start to finish, they made this process so much smoother and more enjoyable than we could have imagined! They even use an amazing phone app that shows the schedule, progress photos, and you make selections right on the app! Did I mention that we also did this entire process from about 3.5 hours away?? They made it SO easy even with the distance!
