Pro Touch Landscapes

Very professional up front. They created several islands, but did not kill grass. They only used a weed eater which caused me a lot of labor removing all mulch and properly killing undergrowth. Further, I had to remove 8 large hollies bushes and one large tree and 12 azaleas due to improper planting. One of my holly bushes bulb was a full 4 inches above ground and all plants removed were planted with just enough room to plant the bulb. No planting soil was used in my yard. This was a very frustrating experience and Pro Touch took zero responiblitly when these plants died in as short as 4 months on to 9 months. They claimed it was my fault due to lack of watering and drought, though I had over $600 water bills. Not very professional. I have since replanted my yard myself and it is doing well. I would really like about 12 grand back on what was lost to this company.

We had a great experience working with Pro Touch Landscapes for our backyard remodel. They helped us go from a shady lot full of trees and no real landscape design to a full, green lawn with designed mulch beds full of plants and trees. They added stone stepping to our patio area and also moved and re-located an existing playset to a more desireable area. We really enjoyed working with Pro Touch and will continue to use them in the future.

Pro Touch Landscapes does a great job working with thier clients. They were very professional and listened to the clients needs and desires as well as stayed in the parameters of thier budget. My clients were completely satisfied with how the installation turned out!
