High quality work. I'm a developer who has contracted with Gabay on several homes. Our niche is high-end custom homes, so quality is of the utmost importance. Gabay has exceeded my expectations in this regard every time. I'm currently building a 9-unit development inside the loop and didn't solicit bids from any other builders. I knew Gabay would be priced right, negotiate all the permitting and platting hurdles for me, get the job done on time and under budget, and build high quality units that will be easy to sell at a premium.
