My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hey jk!

    I'll let the builder answer the specifics but it looks like a hand scraped maple or hickory. I'm linking here a couple of pre-finished hardwoods we have that have a similar look/feel. You'll want to take our quiz to make sure the floor works for your climate/subfloor/lifestyle and then you can filter your design style as you see fit!
