Garden Studio

We used Garden Stufio to design and build our front courtyard and to upgrade our backyard. From our very first meeting with owner Eric Fenmore and lead designer Chelsea Edmonston, we knew we had found the perfect team. They were creative, collaborative and enthusiastic and finished our project on budget and on time. When unanticipated problems arose, they were immediately addressed. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and I now have a smile on my face every time I arrive home!

After significant research to find a design/build landscape designer and contractor, an in-person meeting and multiple reference checks my wife and I engaged Eric Fenmore and his team to completely transform the courtyard and landscaping of our property in Corona del Mar. The design phase was smoothly executed after our goals expectations were detailed. From start to finish the design phase lasted one month, including refinements. We signed off on the plans and then received a second quote from Garden Studio's sister company, DIG Construction for execution of the project. We accepted the bid. The project required more than a week of demolition in our courtyard to remove the existing 30-year old hardscape and landscaping. It also took several days to remove all the existing landscaping from the front of our home and parkway. The construction and installation phase took another (in total) another 8-weeks. Throughout our project, Eric, his lead designer Chelsea Edmonton and construction foreman, Billy O'Hara were very responsive, easy to work with and were happy to make changes as the situation warranted. I will also vouch for the willingness of Eric and his team to correct any mistakes and resolve unanticipated issues. We had an excellent experience with Garden Studio / DIG Construction. Jay Myers

I highly recommend Garden Studio, Chelsea & Eric are creative, professional and easy to work with. We had small photo we used as inspiration they took it along with information from our meeting to design a great front yard. They were on time and within budget. We've had so many compliments on our drought resistant yard and love it so much we're moving on to phase 2- our backyard!

These guy are great! Very professional and make the whole process simple. They did our front yard and back yard including the pool. They are great at sticking within the budget and still getting the best for the property/space and the client which in KEY in Newport.

We wanted a whole new design for our backyard. Garden studio had the fresh look we were going for. Eric and Chelsea were so great to works with. They were very responsive when i had questions about the design and other needs. Happy with how it all came out and would use them for another project.

We purchased a certificate for one landscape design by Garden Studio at a charity event. Some time had passed before we contacted Eric but there was no expiration date so we weren’t concerned. We contacted Eric and he asked me to send the drawings we had done of our yard. We hadn’t heard from him for over a couple of weeks. After several voicemails he finally responded via email to inform me that he was too busy and reneged on his offer.

SIMPLY THE BEST! My husband and I are so grateful for our experience working with Chelsea & Eric. With much knowledge, patience and care, the pair created a beautiful vision for our landscape and were instrumental in its design and install. Their level of professionalism is only matched by their talent -- our only regret is not having done it sooner!

Chris and Eric Fenmore were involved with our landscape design from the very beginning of the build of our new home in Newport Beach CA. We met with them early on and collaborated on a beautiful vision we saw for both our front and back yard. There was such good energy and tcreativity put into the design ...the front yard being particularly challenging due to retaining walls...but the end result of their design has turned out amazing !! We really enjoyed working with Chelsea and Billy as well...both very talented as well and detail oriented. Such a pleasure to work with Garden Studio....I love each and every one of them!!!

Chris designed a beautiful hardscape and planting plan for my new home. She has a very artistic eye and totally understood what we were trying to achieve for our project. Her assistant Chelsea is extremely efficient, capable and professional. I love her studio where she displays many of the pots and plants that she recommends. Chris has STYLE!!! We would highly recommend her design services.

We have used Garden Studio Design twice for our outdoor projects, and are always pleased with the results. Chris and Eric are the utmost in professionalism.
