Sarah's beautiful work helped us sell our home in one week for the asking price. She used a lot of what was in the yard, but arranged it in a much more appealing manner. She focused on not only curb appeal but cost containment. Her knowledge of plants and placement accentuated what we had and built drama into our landscape. Thank you, Sarah for a job very well done!

I hired Sarah before I moved to Portland or closed escrow on my home. I knew we would have a pleasant, productive working relation & I wasn't wrong. Her knowledge of the local plant pallet & her design expertise fit in perfectly with my needs & design background. She introduced me to an excellent landscape construction group. Sarah created a beautiful design plan & it is a joy to see it coming to fruition.

Sarah is very knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with. We met with Sarah last year to discuss what we were looking for in yard design and plants. She showed us a couple plan designs to choose from for our front and back yards. We only made a few changes to the plan. She also gave us plan notes, a list of plants with descriptions and numerous pages of great reference material. Sarah helped us coordinate all the players involved in this project, kept us on schedule and was our go-between when issues had to be resolved and/or decisions had to be made. Our project was completed in April, right on schedule. My husband and I are not very knowledgeable about how to design our yard or about plants. Thanks to Sarah, our yard is BEAUTIFUL!!! We have received numerous compliments about out yard. As questions come up, we continue to use Sarah's expertise.

I have worked with Sarah for over 3 years on development of the design of my yard and garden. This project started before contractors started working on the house rehab so we could move large plants/bushes useful in the design and out of the way of building crews and then incorporating them into the plan when construction finished. The ultimate design has ADA in mind so a gardener with limited mobility can still enjoy growing things. Included are 24" raised beds, access to the inclined area of the yard without going up stairs and irrigation heads throughout the yard and raised beds. Sarah has taught me how to keep up the garden with less effort including incorporation of native plants that are easier to keep alive even in our unusually hot and dry summer and how to watch & head off pests and disease. The design drawings include copious amounts of information on how to care for the plants.
