We renovated successfully our main bathroom with MBS. We appreciated their great expertise and the friendliness of their staff as well as their contractors. I would underline the quality of the feasibility assessment, project management, tile layout, plumbing design as well as shower and vanity installation. Also, we appreciated the good cleanup at the end of each day.

I had a positive experience when Montréal Building Services replaced my 30 year-old deck with a new one. And renovated my basement after it had flooded when we lost electricity in the ice storm. The work was excellent and actually started on time (in fact a few days early). The crew was always courteous and if I had any questions I received answers promptly. I needed to replace my roof deck after the original one was demolished for reroofing last year. Andy did an amazing job of looking over the plans, coming up with a timetable, and discussing strategies for modifications. MBS was friendly, efficient and professional from start to finish. I value this company for the quality of their work, and their complete honesty and transparency. It was pleasant to have Andy and Dietrich here working. Although the roof deck is mine, I live in a coprop and my co-owners were also impressed by the courtesy of MBS and the care they took not to disturb their properties.

Liam and his team are a pleasure to work with. We have hired them for 2 projects so far (interior and exterior) and are very happy with the results. They did great work and Liam made sure we were completely satisfied with the finished product. We appreciated that they had the knowledge and expertise to offer a range of ideas and practical solutions for the quirks of our home. We felt we could trust them completely with our home and property. We would recommend them to anyone and will certainly hire them again for future projects.

MBS did a major kitchen renovation and resided an addition on my house. Andy and his crew are great to work with. Everyone at MBS is personable and professional. I can't imagine doing this project with any one else. They are about to do some landscaping for me, which will be the finishing touch. Highly recommend this company.

Liam and his team of professionals did a wonderful job plugging up and plastering over our old fireplace, removing the hearth and replacing the hardwood flooring in its place. The end product is seamless and the finish they used on our floors gets compliments from all our visitors. Would definitely recommend & use again.

Liam and MBS are amazing to work with. Liam has an eye for detail and making sure it’s done right, even on things I never would have noticed, With an older house (mine was built in 1910) you need someone who appreciates it and can deal with the unexpected. Liam always had pragmatic solutions to any issues that came up. I always felt confident in his advice and appreciate the time he took to explain everything. Very respectful team as well.
