After interviewing seven different builders, we chose to work with Great Falls Construction for our custom home build based on their strong organizational skills and the obvious pride they take in their work. We were not disappointed, they did a truly outstanding job on our project! We began working with Great Falls Construction during the architecture phase of our project. They made some great suggestions to improve the floor plan of the property, including adding a second bathroom on the main level, adding an upstairs laundry room, and putting a bathroom in the pool house. Great Falls Construction managed all aspects of the construction phase of our project. Their model of staffing a project manager and superintendent on each project really helped things flow more smoothly. All of the Great Falls Construction employees are top notch. Their subcontractors did a great job as well. Great Falls Construction did an excellent job resolving any issues that came up with the project quickly and fairly. It was obvious throughout construction that they take pride in their work and that they want their clients to be happy. We almost had to force them to leave at the end of the project because they wanted to stick around and make sure every detail was perfect. They have been easy to reach and very responsive during the warranty period for the project. They come out quickly to fix any issues that we report and the warranty work is always high quality. Fortunately, we haven't had many warranty issues, since the initial work they did was high quality. Overall, we are extremely happy with our new home. Great Falls Construction did outstanding work throughout the project and we would recommend them without reservation to anyone looking to build a new home or renovate an existing home.

I am a high end interior designer who has worked on many large home construction and renovation projects with Great Falls Construction. The projects have been several years long. I am intimately familiar with all aspects of GFC. They are at the top of their game. They are excellent in all regards. The quality of their work, their communication, their flexibility and reliability is stellar! They are always available after the completion of a project. They establish a life long relationship with their clients. I could not recommend them more highly!

Great Falls Construction (GFC) built a fabulous custom house for us. Our experience with them from the start to the finish was outstanding. They are consummate professionals who take pride in their work, and it shows in their finished project. Their attention to detail went above and beyond. They went out of their way to deliver exactly what our architect envisioned. Because the architect was not available, they took time to visit some of his completed projects to understand exactly what they were seeing on the plans. We are enormously thankful for the suggestions they had along the way as well. For instance, they suggested that we raise the ceiling height in the basement by a foot to allow for more headroom. We went with their suggestion, and are so glad we did. It gives the space a much more open and inviting feel than it otherwise would have had. They also helped us recoup space for storage in several areas around the house that otherwise would have been closed off. There were scores of other details they helped us work through along the way, and all of them turned out great. The quality of the work is superb, and all of GFC's staff bring tremendous skill to the job. While we could comment positively on all the employees, we'll just highlight two here. The site supervisor for our house, Mike, kept tight control of every item that came into the house. He made sure that all the work was done right and on time. His supervision and attention to detail gave us the peace of mind to know that our house was being built to last. Also of special note is one of their master carpenters, Edgar. He is a highly skilled craftsman. Among other things, he outfitted the two story library with built-in bookcases, wood paneling, angled ceiling beams, and a stunning fireplace surround (pictured). We've been living in the house for several months now, and couldn't be more happy with it or with our decision to hire GFC to build it for us! If you're looking for a construction company to build your house in the Northern Virginia area, we highly recommend them!

Great Falls Construction completed a total renovation of our home in Great Falls this past summer. The project lasted nearly a year from start to finish and involved a total make-over of both the interior and exterior of the house. We could not be happier with the finished product. Our house is beautiful inside and out and the quality of the workmanship is second to none. GFCC was great to work with throughout the process from design to completion. The crew was excellent in terms of both skill level and professionalism and extremely responsive and accommodating in every way. The project wound up taking longer than expected and exceeded our original budget but that was due primarily to numerous change orders that we requested along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend GFCC to anyone considering building a new home or renovating an existing home.

Post purchase of my home in 2007, Great Falls Construction(GFC) has completed several renovation projects. GFCC designed and custom engineered 4 bathrooms, the entire basement level recreation area, plus several other minor upgrades throughout our home. Each project was managed flawlessly by a highly qualified team of professionals who paid attention to every detail.

Great Falls Construction completed several upgrades to our home which included a full renovation of the master bathroom; new floor tile in the first floor powder room; new lighting in 3 bedrooms and the kitchen; and painting the upstairs hallway, the guest bedroom and guest bathroom. I was not always on site during the work but the Great Falls field supervision took personal care of my home at all times. They were professional, considerate, well-mannered, and always conscientious of the work space and took care to protect the flooring, walls, etc. The subcontractors were top quality and their finished product reflects the pride they have in their work. The work area was always clean and tidy at the end of the day. I love my new master bathroom and all the upgrades in all the rooms! I strongly recommend Great Fall Construction for any upgrade or renovation to your home.
