Greg and Rachel have had a continuing passion to participate in the smart growth of Sacramento. As a husband and wife team who are deeply embedded in the fabric of this city, we have spent time working in larger cities with the specific intent to absorb and translate a language which might speak to Sacramento, it's urban density and scale of open pedestrian and social spaces. As owners and operators of a restaurant on K street, we have a depth of specific knowledge of the issues related to maintaining and running a business, which definitely informs our understanding of the individual pieces that make up the city mosaic. Working at larger firms on projects in completely foreign territories, and the superficial imposition of polished and unfeasible sonnets of an urban layout have informed both Greg and Rachel to move back to implement our skill set towards a city we understand and are invested in.
