Matt Glidden designed our house plans for us and it was a great experience. His knowledge and creativity helped us make some really cool design decisions. He was quick to get the plans ready for us against a tight timeline with the city coming up, and the work was very accurate. Matt listens! We provided our drawings and Matt quickly processed them to develop the architectural drawings. He provided advise and listened to our changes and tweaks to the plans. He made the changes and worked with my wife and I. About a month later we made major changes to our plans, and Matt made the updates. He also assisted with our site plan to begin the construction of our home. Matt is easy to work with and is very reasonable. We highly recommend Glidden Drafting and would use him again in the future.

Matthew was referred to us from a friend and we couldn't have been happier to have him design our pool house/outdoor kitchen! From the very first email, Matthew was extremely responsive and answered my emails the same day even when he knew he couldn't work on the project and just wanted to give me a heads up. Matthew was always professional and quickly completed and delivered professional drawings including recommendations from his experience. He is talented and obviously dedicated to his craft. Matthew is also proactive, and on his own, went out of his way to contact our builder and requested an official site survey DWG when I told him they would not release it to me. Matt with Glidden Drafting was a pleasure to work with and quick to turn around our plans and any edits we had.

I showed up with a Pinterest look book and a print out of an online layout and hand-written changes (a lot of changes!) and said “Would it be easier for me to buy the online draft and have you alter it? Or with all these changes would it be easier to start from scratch?” And despite that probably being a nightmare client Matt NEVER made me feel like I was any trouble at all and even showed enthusiasm about making our dream home possible. Then Matt and Ashley quickly got to work (and I mean quickly) and after three more drafts for changes that came up we had EXACTLY what we wanted in our plans. EVERYTHING! And with all his experience he even helped us navigate AWAY from some thing a I’d never even considered would be problems. The whole process took MUCH less time than I expected and that I had been quoted from the original online company I’d been speaking to. I cannot tell you what a relief it was to work with true professionals who take great pride in giving families what they want and need in housing blueprints. We are so thankful we found them!!

Working with Matt was a pleasure from start to finish. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly, and an excellent communicator! We needed drawings for a new two-story garage with an attached internal breezeway and laundry. We couldn’t be happier with what Matt came up with, and at the speed in which he did so. He always answered my (many) questions, and never makes you feel like you’re asking something silly. He’s only too happy to help every step of the way. We struck gold finding Matt, and couldn’t recommend his services more. Hoping we need more drawings in the future so we can work together again! Absolute legend!
