We had an excellent experience with Goldenline Remodeling, especially with our project manager Osher and the entire crew. Our project included a large-scale painting job and other upgrades, all executed with exceptional care. The team worked tirelessly with meticulous attention to detail—walls and finishes were absolutely mint. Osher was communicative, steady, and calm throughout, keeping everything on track and making a complex project feel manageable. The crew showed up every day ready to work hard and stayed focused until the job was done right. The project was completed in two phases under major time pressure—one leading into Thanksgiving and another right before Christmas. Osher and his team delivered both phases on time, allowing us to fully enjoy the holidays without disruption. Beyond the craftsmanship, the professionalism and respect they showed for our home truly set them apart. They’re not inexpensive, but the quality of the work, experience of the team, and peace of mind made it well worth the investment. We highly recommend Goldenline Remodeling for quality craftsmanship and reliability, and will absolutely work with Osher and the crew again.

The tub to shower remodel turned out beautifully, and the craftsmanship was top-notch. The team worked efficiently and completed the job in a timely manner. That said, there were unexpected costs that significantly impacted our budget. I would recommend this company for their skills, but I’d advise future clients to clarify all potential expenses upfront to avoid surprises.

I did provide the cost for the unexpected additional work, including a discounted price from my plumber, and I also covered the drywall and paint at no extra charge. I think it would be helpful to mention these points to give a fuller picture of the situation.

As you know, in a condo, underlying issues with pipes and drains can only be discovered after demolition, which makes it impossible to anticipate certain conditions in advance, as we mentioned in the notes of scope of work.

If you're open to updating your review to reflect this, I would greatly appreciate it. And of course, if you ever need any assistance in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’d be happy to help.

We found Goldenline Remodeling on Angie's List and immediately from the first meeting, Guy Mechetner was lively, enthusiastic and ready to go to help us completely redo the floor in my condo and repaint all of the cabinets and closet and sinks around the unit. Guy sourced a wonderful array of subcontractors who all were very professional and did an excellent job of communicating and letting us know what we needed. Guy also gave us the most competitive price for all of the labor that we could find anywhere else around Los Angeles. We are so incredibly happy with the end product of the floor and the cabinets and are working with Goldenline again on our future projects around the condo that we plan to do very soon. Guy was very communicative and easily reachable and always responded in a quick fashion. A great experience!

My friend recommended my Goldenline Remodeling and when I saw how many positive reviews they have I sent a quote. I got response very soon and estimate next day. I was satisfied and decided to hire them. The project was building an addition. Before start Vitali explained me every single detail about project and that was very professional from him. He and his crew were really great, worked hard, kept eye on everything and cleaned after themselves. It was a big project so normally there were some issues but nothing serious and they finished on promised time. Excellent work guys, highly recommended company!

Goldenline repaired our balconies’ floors and installed porcelain tile that looks like wood planks. They also removed two exhaust vents from our old gas fireplace appliances and patched the wall. Vitali and Ben oversaw the work. All of the work was fantastic and professionally done, and the balconies look amazing! It is a great upgrade to our condo. I recommend them for any job and plan to go to them first for any later projects.

I got Goldenline Remodeling to renovate my house, and they did it so good! They came in and completed the job fast. But there was no decline in quality of the job despite them being fast. I really loved the staff's behaviors. They were friendly and easy to communicate with. I helped them as much as I could. The final result of their job was superb. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a renovation.

I can only say that Goldenline Remodeling has been the greatest company in the field of construction in terms of no hassle. I appreciated everything about working with them. It was easy reaching out to them and speaking with a representative about my plans and estimates. The inspection where we over my remodel in detail and decided on a price was a friendly affair (considering the fairness of the price). Lastly, the project itself was finished one week ahead of schedule, and it was done beautifully! My family and I could not be happier with our new living room and kitchen.

Guy and his team are incredible! Don't bother looking anywhere else. They are worth every penny and they do a fantastic job. They went above and beyond on the job we were quoted and then noticed our main entry walls were a little beaten up..came back the next day with a quart of paint and spent extra time doing touchups. We have very high expectations and they always meet them.

We have worked with Guy/Tim and Goldenline Remodeling for going on 12 years, 4 jobs so far, and have never been more comfortable recommending anyone to friends and family. Going above and beyond wouldn't even begin to describe what they do. Professional, courteous, they treat you with respect and your home as if it was theirs. The backyard porch they built for us has been replicated by friends and family. Clear plans and schedules and names of those who will be doing the work. Can't say enough nice things about them. We did a bunch of work with Goldenline over the month of May. Roof repair, new plywood, new tiles, new gutters, and also retrofitting the foundation. Overall, Guy and Tim were super professional and friendly. They were on time, thorough, and were able to match / beat other quotes we were given. The work was finished almost as quickly as estimated (maybe one extra week). Tim was great at communicating updates throughout the process, and was available to answer the phone for any questions along the way. Overall, they were a pleasure to work with and we'll be hiring them again for another project soon.

Alex was very consistent with what they offer and what he promise, he deliver on. I told him what I would like, how many bedrooms, bathrooms etc and a price range. He show me some models and allow me to visit the sites under the different phases of construction, before i made a final selection. Overall, I am very, very happy with my home.

My mom asked me to help her find a contractor to remodel her bathroom & after seeing at least 5 contractors I decided to go with Goldenline Remodeling. For one, they were the only company who I felt that was sincere to my moms needs & my gut feeling was right. My mom did not have any unpleasant experience throughout the whole ordeal. The workers were great & respectful & did a great job. Most of all she loves her new bathroom. She's considering on doing her kitchen sometime soon & she will definitely use them again.

We greatly recommend Goldenline Remodeling and mainly Alex the working crew and the office staff that was involved in our project and we will hire them again for any additional remodeling project in our house. Alex was the project manager on both remodeling projects (kitchen and bathroom), did a perfect designing job for the kitchen space by using most of the existing space with features that we needed and wanted for a while now. From start to end, the extra attention that Alex put to all the details of both projects was more than what we were looking for. He always gave wonderful ideas and suggestions and he made sure that we are happy with all the decisions about both renovations. We love both projects very much! The kitchen and the bathroom got a completely brand new look and they are very functional for our needs. It makes us very happy each time any of us walk into any of them!

We were looking to remodel our vacation house early of this year, and we wanted to create a brand new and functional living space that provided us an open layout and flow. Our budget was pretty fixed and we needed someone that will be able to do it within that amount. Together with Alex, we were able to create a perfect solution that allowed us to open up most of the kitchen wall and generating an additional opening that finally now can allow us to move and work on both sides of our Kitchen Island. All of our family fell in love with the new space and we enjoy cooking and entertaining all of our guests and family that come over from time to time. We are very happy and satisfied that our friends were able to refer us to Goldenline Remodeling and are very fascinated by their amount of experience and craftsmanship. By working and dealing with Alex, we can state clearly that he was able to take away all the stress and worries of this big change for our house and he was able to turn our kitchen into something much better and larger than we ever imagined.

The team completed installation of custom brick flooring, relocation of electrical and plumbing, all new appliance installation, and a full set of custom cabinetry in the kitchen and laundry. Goldenline is the best. Guy and Vitali are awesome to work with, communicative, and professional. Our job was very, very complicated and took several weeks; we had water damage that had seeped into our vinyl floors and all but destroyed our drywall. Not only did Guy and Vitali put us in touch with a mold remediation company who did a mold test and subsequently removed any mold their ways, they communicated with us every week to make sure we knew what was happening the following week. They made sure we were aware of what the supplies were going to cost, they had everything delivered in a timely manner, and once again, they were kind & professional. Not only that, when we decided to add additional remodeling to the job, they said yes right away and still got everything done on time; we had projected September 28th for them to finish, and the finished on September 26th. We would highly recommend working with them for any remodeling needs you may have.

A lot of project managers will tell you they won't be happy unless their customer is happy, but Vitali and Goldenline actually deliver on that promise. We talked to a number of contractors, some never showed up, some did and but never gave us a bid, and others gave us bids so ridiculous it made us think they didn't actually want the work. We knew right away that Goldenline wanted our business. We had great communication with Vitali/Goldenline every step of the way. Their crew was professional and detail oriented. And they clean up like they were never there. We couldn't be happier.

We hired Goldenline Remodeling to paint our garage and they did an amazing job. We first met with Vitali and he was incredibly professional and straightforward. We discussed various options for the job and he offered a fair price. I wish I had a cool and fun remodeling story, instead this was a call for help after finding a leaking pipe in my wall. After remediation I needed someone to come patch a decent sized opening of exterior stucco and the Goldenline team was generous to help with this project. Guy was good at communicating everything along the journey and managing expectations. Ben and Donny did a great job on the repair and went above and beyond to make sure you couldn't even tell the wall was opened up in the first place. Now I have someone I can trust when it's time for bigger creative projects to improve my home.

What a great Team ! The project manager came to us for a meeting, we briefly spent a few hours, nothing pushy as he worked around our budget from the start therefore there was no pressure whatsoever. Our Kitchen and bathroom was remodeled exactly how we dreamed it. We did not think twice before choosing them as they were the only company willing to start the project right away with no wait time. We did a few walk throughs to go over the details a couple times as the owner wanted to make sure we were confident and on the same page with him. We were informed of all installations and work processes in detail. Final job looks great, really nothing I would change. I am looking to have Goldenline remodel now our second house that we rent. We might as well contact them for a garage remodeling as we are thinking to change it into an office space. Highly recommending them

Finally we got our patio cover and exterior work done ! We have been browsing for quotes from several companies for a while and we are glad that we decided to go for this one. Initially we only wanted the patio cover redone. The job was so perfectly done, so that kind of motivated us to end up having the entire landscaping done. Guy was amazing, he organized the job in a timely manner right after our first meeting. He made sure to listen to all the details we wanted and everything went hassle free. What I appreciated the most is the quick communication and ability to answer any questions so quickly. Jesus, who came to paint, was prompt during the quoted timeframe and pleasant during his time in our home. Our job was smaller and pretty straightforward for a 9x9 wall, but Jesus still took his time. I do wish he would have worn shoe covers as we had a trail of black paint on our carpet going down the steps; luckily, were able to get it out with water and soap, so not a big deal to us. He verified twice that we were OK with his work before he left. He wanted to make sure that we were satisfied, which meant a lot about his dedication in completion of the job. Very respectful and polite. Thanks Jesus!

I contacted Golden Line Remodeling for my kitchen and I must say I was impressed with the final results.
