We hired GoToPros for the assembly and installation of a bookcase we had custom made in Italy. We waited 9 moths for the bookcase and were extremely apprehensive about something going wrong with the actual assembly and installation. The delivery form GoToPros of the project was impecable. It was a floor to ceiling and wall to wall bookcase and the entire project was done in less than 2 days. We have since called on GoToPros for more projects, but be patient because there is a queue, but the are well worth the wait!

My wife and I had some major water damage which required a large portion of our bedroom to be torn up. We hired GoToPros for reconstruction work which included carpet, plumbing, drywall, and siding. They were highly responsive, professional, and very interested in making sure we were happy with the work done. I would gladly recommend GoToPros or use them for any future needs.

If you had asked me halfway through our reno if I would be writing a 5 star review, the answer would have been "no way"! But here I am, writing that 5 star review. We embarked on a major condo renovation - both bathrooms, new kitchen and creating a third bedroom. We chose GoTo Pros because they had experience working in our building and came highly recommended. We brought our vision to Vyk, and he quickly showed us a few tweaks that made much more sense than our original plan. I loved that! We had some crazy sub-contractor issues that resulted in significant delays. I won't go into details. But Vyk and team stood by our side to ensure everything was resolved. The end result is a spectacular space that my family is thoroughly enjoying. That is why I am writing a 5 star review. As a project manager for most of my career, I realize there will be issues that arise with any project, but how it is how it is handled is what really counts.

We recently had Vyk and his team install low flush toilets in our condominium. They completed this job in just a few hours and worked unsupervised, as both of us were at work. The installation was completed beautifully with no need for any call backs. They removed the old toilets, boxes, cleaned up and you would never know anyone was in our condo. Greatly appreciated and I would use them anytime a new need arises. Thank you

As a high-rise property manager, I have engaged the services of Go To Pros for several projects, large and small, over the years. As a client, responsiveness, a quick turnaround time, clear communication, and an excellent finished product are of the utmost importance. I would give Go To Pros high marks in all of these areas. They have consistently completed multiple projects with a sense of urgency and accuracy. They will assist you in any way that they can and do so in a professional manner. Most recently they completed a project in a condominium unit that required removing and replacing flooring, painting, replacing cabinetry hardware, replacing sliding mirrored doors, etc...

Several week ago I had GoToPros replace 2 sets of double hung windows in my 1926 house. From the minute they started all of the workers were respectful of my house. They built plastic walls around furniture to minimize dust. The carpentry work was excellent, painters repaired some plaster cracks and repainted to perfection. The cleanup inside and out was great. I am planning on using GoToPros for more work and highly recommend this company.

GoToPros did a GREAT job on a few small projects for me recently. They did an exceptional job with drywall and carpentry and then patched and painted a ceiling with some difficult cracks. They were very respectful and kept everything clean covering their workspace prior to starting. They met the estimated schedule and completed the job with a friendly and professional air.
