Graystone is passionate about the results we deliver, and the process it takes to develop a space that excites you. We believe in taking the time to truly listen and understand your needs and expectations, and then advise you on the best way to achieve those goals. We keep you informed with quick and clear communication. Those are foreign concepts in our industry, but Graystone tends to stray from the norm, and that’s exactly what sets us apart. The Design side of Graystone is led by Danny Quintana, architectural designer. His role is to plan ahead, design your project virtually and work out the kinks, so you see your project before inception. His 20+ years in on-site construction and project management give him a unique perspective. His hands-on experience allows him to design your new space – or entire home – in a way that reflects how you live. His in-depth knowledge and experience empower Danny to cost-engineer and foresee problems before the permit is filed. You can work with Danny for architectural designs under a separate contract, or as a tie-in with a build contract. If you decide to have Graystone perform the build out, you'll be introduced to our construction manager. Our construction management is set up to ensure your project runs as smoothly as possible through regular communication and in understanding your expectations. Danny has a great eye for design, but employed terrible subcontractors. I love the house and what he did with it but the delays were tremendous, the contractors and project manager were terrible. So much had to be redone. Executive cabinets. Terrible. They were so bad we had to punt and paint wood grain cabinets because they couldn't get the color to match after they made a huge deal we picked the color we wanted. The modern cabinets don't line up. The Project manager didn't double check the measurements. Mistakes we are going to have to live with.

Danny and I clicked right away. He was able to translate what I was babbling into a beautiful kitchen. I love how he took my awkward floor space, along with consideration of how I planned to use it, and turned it in my dream entertainers kitchen. All my neighbors (who have the same floor plan) are jealous of my double islands and they wish they had thought of it. I owe it all to Danny!

Started off as excellent communication but after he got paid it began to waver. Sooner rather than later COMPLETELY decides ghost me and my project leaving me to have to pay for an entirely new architect to finish and adjust my plans. Complete 180.

Very sorry that our decision to no longer provide design services for this project is seen as "ghosting". From our position, we worked hard to work with the restaurants and the unique approach you were taking to make the project happen. We adjusted our contract requirements to help with what seemed to be a cash flow issue and changed our contract terms to even help with that. But whenever there was a need to bill for more time to provide what was being requested you would say that you did not want to spend any more money. That led to us providing many hrs of work that was given away for free. You had what seemed to be a 2,000,000 dollar home in mind to build with a 500,000.00 budget. It was clear that we were no longer a good fit for each other. I could no longer give my time away for free. Sorry.

Danny has a great eye for design and picked up on my vision immediately. Firms like Graystone are hard to find. In addition to providing a high quality product, they deliver on all things that make a project run smoothly. They arrive on time, clean up at the end of each day and respond promptly to calls. In our case, they abided by difficult rules requirements in our building. Danny and the construction boss, Alex, were always pleasant, helpful and understanding when changes were required. The bottom line is we we thrilled with our completed loft. It is everything we had envisaged.

What a great experience!!!.. from the moment I met Danny and Kelly, I knew I'd chosen the right professionals for my project. Danny's attention to detail, professionalism and great communication, made for a wonderful collaboration. He was always mindful of my budget and sought ways to utilize it to the fullest. Outstanding planning and scheduling of tasks during all phases of the project were problem free. I would highly recommend Graystone ....I look forward to working with Graystone on my next project. Graystone was selected to renovate our master bath, powder bath and master bedroom primarily due to the quality of their work from our previous kitchen project. As with any turnkey project, there will always be minor issues with subcontractors but Graystone's project manager and owner both facilitated the solutions in a timely manner. Their carpenter subcontractor was exceptionally talented and a pleasure with which to work.

Danny at Graystone is great to work with. I interviewed several companies and felt that he had the experience and quality of workmanship I was looking for in a general contractor. He has great subs working under him that did a great job on the hvac, electrical, framing and drywall. Highly recommended.
