HORRIBLE! AWFUL! WORST EXPERIENCE! We hired Greg to do an extensive bathroom remodel. He and his subbed-out crews were frequently late, did not show on days scheduled, did not communicate. Greg did not supervise their work. They made mistakes that had we not caught would have caused damage to other rooms or delayed the work, e.g. poorly prepping a space so that mortar dust and water were going to be left to dry on adjacent wood floors and moving toilet plumbing in the slab to the WRONG spot. After many problems, we fired him. He sued us. After paying attorney fees for the preliminary court work, we decided to settle. Yep. He did horrible work then got more money because he abused the legal system. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Greg Kearns and his team built a deck for us. I first reached out to Greg for an estimate via his website. He emailed me shortly after I submitted my request and came out to take a look at the proposed project within a week. We received an estimate a few days later, and construction started about a week after we confirmed that we wanted to proceed. The deck was built within a week, and we love it! Greg generally had two members of his team working on the project, and he would stop by as needed. The whole team was patient with our requests (even when we changed our minds!), and they were eager to provide us what we wanted. Pam, the office manager, maintained clear communication with us about cost and schedule, and Greg called us directly when we had questions about the design. Adam, who worked on the deck most days, is skilled and thorough. He kept us informed about what to expect each day, and he also cleaned up every afternoon before leaving. He called us directly if he needed our input, and he humored our kids, who were very interested in what was going on. I would definitely recommend Greg Kearns and his team!

I hired Greg Kearns to build a 16 x 20 backyard deck over an existing 12 x 12 concrete patio and remove a bay window and replace with french doors. I had a design in mind and Greg was able to see my vision and work with it. I absolutely love it!! His crew were very knowledgable and Greg is meticulous with the details. Of course I added some things to be done along the way; outdoor lighting, step lighting and a flagstone walkway and it was accomplished without hesitation. I am now using him for my kitchen remodel!!

Repairs were needed after an inspection prior to selling my home. Greg was prompt in returning the estimate and did the work in a timely manner, even though he was under a very tight schedule to complete the work so I could close on time. I will hire him again in the event I need any repairs to my new home.

We changed the entire color scheme and his workers were very dedicated in getting the job done right, including adding accent walls where we wanted. We have vaulted ceilings in a couple of rooms and are very pleased with the final project. We also had him paint a portion of the house outside that had begun to peel from a job done a couple of years by another painter. In the process of getting the small bath ready for painting, but not through Greg's fault, we had to replace the toilet and decided to change the flooring and vanity at that time also. Greg's team returned and completed this portion of the project also. We're very pleased with this project and will not hesitate to use Greg again.
