We are using Halm and Perkins for a complete condo renovation, including kitchen, two bathrooms, flooring and painting. Every interaction with Joe and Lisa was pleasant and informative. They are both consummate professionals. During the process, several challenges were presented by the original design and construction. They were creative in their solutions and presented us with a range of choices. Throughout the process, they listened to our desires, helped us make informed decisions, helped us avoid mistakes in our choices and sought to find the least expensive sources for what we wanted without sacrificing appearance, durability or function. Their work and their employees were of the highest quality. We knew throughout the project that we could trust their integrity. We highly recommend them and will use them again for any future projects.

We hired Halm & Perkins to finish our basement - 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1 living area with a dry bar, and a home theater. We could not be happier with the result, and same is true of their customer service. Their attention to detail was fantastic, and their ability to imagine what the final product would look like is something that was extremely helpful to us. When any selection became difficult for us to make, they would make a respectful recommendation. We do plan to ask them back for future projects, and would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Working with Joe and Lisa was very easy. Joe helped with redesigning our masterbath and the products we choose. Joe and the workers kept us up to date and always cleaned up after they were finished for the day. That was so nice as we were here during the remodeling. Lisa was always looking for the best price when we picked our products. I will use them again if there are any projects we decide on.

Our basement was remodeled by H&P and we are very happy with the results. The employees of the company were great to work with, were friendly and respectful. Joe, the project manager, gave us great design ideas that made the remodel so much better than we had anticipated. I would highly recommend this company and will use this company for future projects.

They did my attic insulation, repaired an indor step that wasn't to code, did some tricky trim work indoors, and wrapped some pipe under the condo that needed insulating. Everything was done to perfection, and they cleaned meticulously behind themselves. Very friendly, and very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful company! Everyone was very friendly, approachable, and easy to work with. We had our master bathroom remodeled and couldn't be happier with our new space! Great attention to detail, gave us lots of design and fixture ideas, and kept the work site immaculate. Would highly recommend.

Halm & Perkins just remodeled our kitchen & 2nd bath (they remodeled our main bath in 2013). They are super courteous, honest & trustworthy! They regularly communicated with us throughout the entire process assuring that the work done met with our expectations, yet within the confines of our budget. They are also extremely creative so they were able to help us determine what would look the best in the end. We are extremely satisfied and thrilled with the end results!
