Cesar’s keen eye for detail, lighting, and color as well as his technical knowledge have been invaluable in helping us select the perfect window treatments for our home. After trying to deal with 2 other companies here in San Diego (one didn't send the sample they promised and one was snooty and didn't carry what I preferred) I found Eldann at Harmony. He came exactly on time and brought a wide variety of samples from which I chose something I liked. We made an appointment for installation in 2 weeks and they actually called to see if they could install it earlier than we had planned.
The installer was also exactly on time and did a great job. The price was better than the other companies and the room looks fabulous! Highly, highly recommend Harmony. I liked them so much from my home blinds they installed, I had them install roll-up blinds at my office also. Very professional, great followup, and competitive prices. They also were able to make roll-up blinds in sizes other vendors said was not possible and would have to be done with two pieces with a seam down the middle. And Eldann in their sales department was great.

They are pleasant to work with, and on time! From consultation with Eldann and installation by Alex, they both showed up right at the appointed time (which I have found to be rare for service calls since I moved to San Diego area). They were professional and got the job done! The wait was exactly as Eldann promised - 3 weeks. We are so happy about our new Norman shades. I highly recommend Harmony
