But those cupboards, drawers and closets in my house were a mess! Even though it felt vulnerable to open up about my decluttering challenges, and go through the RESET process, the result was so liberating. I especially appreciate that Julia led me through the clear, ordered, step-by-step RESET process—by following all of the steps, the organization finally got DONE. Things were in their rightful places, other things were given a useful life elsewhere, and a system was installed that decreases my stress (it's organized), saves time (I know where thing x is), and is sustainable. “I have hired PERFECTO! many times to take care of my condo when I'm away. Donna Fabbri is professional, reliable, and trustworthy in all regards; I feel complete peace of mind knowing she is watching over my belongings. She waters plants, fills the bird feeder, checks for evidence of slow water leaks (I live in a highrise) and periodically starts my car. If I've scheduled a handyman, she lets him in, watches over his work, and texts me photos of progress. And, she always goes the extra mile ... including leaving chocolates on my pillow for me to find when I return home. I've also hired Donna as a personal assistant to take care of me following surgery. She cleaned, cooked light meals, shopped, put fresh sheets on my bed, drove me to doctor appointments, brushed my hair, and kept me company, cheering me up during a very dark time. She is warm and friendly always.”
