Would give them zero stars if i could . WE experienced the worst customer service . We bought a leather recliner with cash paid in full over 3k . We waited over 6 -7 months and never get a phone call update or anything on when our recliner would arrive . We have to call them weekly to get any answers and they never call back . Towards the end we personally came in the store and called and they never have answers to where our chair is . After they deicide to do resesrch on our piece , they realize it was sitting in the back room for over a month . Im trying to support local bussiness and I get treated like I dont exist . Within the same time I ordered a whole set of leather furniture from florida and I had best customer service ever . The employee followup with us every week and they set me up tracking emails that i could track from the day they put my furniture together / packaging it and once it shipped to me and personally deliver and set up for me in my house . I aways reccomend to supprot local bussines but spending 3k and being treated like they just dont care is terrible customer service and will spend my money elsewhere in the future

We have used UBU for two projects in our home renovation. Each experience has been a pleasure! We worked with Laura Prince snd she was able to listen and understand our lifestyle as well as our home “vibe”. I really appreciated the ability they have to reproduce your room(s) to scale and actually show you the furniture options. They have a vast selection of fabrics and custom options. Their furniture manufacturers are top notch. The quality of our pieces are excellent. Love that they offer custom pillows and can provide lamps, art, and accessories if needed. Laura/UBU made this experience fun, satisfying and I am so pleased with our choices. I highly recommend them!

I an very happy that I chose to get my furnitures and accessories from UBU. Everything was excellently made, with good quality materials. They have a ton of different designs to choose from. We had the pleasure to work wtih one of the designers, Liberty Wheaton. She was very knowledgeable, very nice and we felt very comfortable telling her what we had in mind. My husband and I are not very creative or artistic in any way. Liberty was able to transform the bits and pieces of ideas that we had in mind and added her expertise. In the end, we were more than pleased with the outcome and in fact planning already to hire her again for several other projects in our home

I love UBU! Not knowing where to turn while downsizing from a large 5-bedroom, traditional home to a contempory condo half the square footage, Laura assisted me beyond measure in selecting furniture pieces and accessories that look spectacular in my new home. Laura and the entire staff at UBU provided outstanding customer service and were professional, expedient, and top notch throughout my shopping extravaganza. Ordering special pieces was a breeze and delivery was easy and on time. It's nice to be greeted and assisted every single time you walk into the store by knowledgeable staff who know their stuff! I love how the UBU has a variety of products and items you won't find in any other store. There's something for everyone at all price points!

My sister suggested I call Danielle at UBU to help decorate my new home. The whole experience was wonderful! She listened to me and picked out exact pieces that would make our new home look beautiful. Every step of the way was easy.

We worked with Laura from UBU and I have to say, she made the decision process very easy for us...she asked for some pictures of ideas and colors that I liked and away she went. She pretty much nailed it the first time with the selection of furniture and accessories. She always stayed in contact with me through out the entire process...from the first meeting in person, to the final email to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my order. I worked with Shelby on some items for our new home, which was also a parade home. Shelby was very helpful and knowledgeable about my options for each furniture piece. She communicated well throughout the entire process! I will definately shop here again and I highly recommend Shelby!

The staff at UbU helped me to find a sofa to fit a somewhat unique space with a bay window that fit both my style and budget. They were friendly, professional and prompt in all of their interactions. I received my sofa much more quickly than the original time frame and absolutely love it!
