I am looking for details regarding the construction of their sofas.

I've looked everywhere trying to find out if Norwalk use kiln-dried wood, dowels, blocked corners, etc. No luck finding the info anywhere on the internet. Can someone provide me with the info or where to find it?
Thank you.

Hi Chelle, thanks for reaching out!

Norwalk is one of the best around. They do in fact use kiln dried hardwoods, which they put a lifetime warranty on. They also use mortise-and-tenon joints, double cone, machine-tied S3 (Soft Seating System) coil springs, and Qualux foam. All of which also have a lifetime warranty.

Please shoot me an email if there are any other questions I can answer for you, or if you would like to set up a time to come in and see our Norwalk furniture and explore your options. Thanks!

LOVE this sofa. Where is your store?

Just found your location. Grandville, MI is a LONG way from my sleepy town.
