Hofmann Construction Ltd. is a North Saanich-based residential construction company specializing in custom new builds, major renovations, and additions across the Saanich Peninsula and Greater Victoria. For over 20 years, Paul Hofmann has led projects hands-on, working directly with clients, designers, engineers, and trusted subtrades. Laura manages the business side, supporting clients with clear communication, organized estimating, permitting coordination, scheduling, and project administration. As a husband-and-wife team, we offer the personal care and accountability of an owner-operated company, backed by the experience and structure needed to manage detailed residential projects with care, clarity, and accountability. Our approach is open, transparent, and relationship-based. We believe clients should understand how their project is progressing, what decisions need to be made, and how costs are being managed along the way.
