Houston Remodeling

We had our house remodeled and added a new Barthroom. We were looking for well made bathroom cabinets. We knew what brand we were looking for, so we started looking for a company in our area that sold Bertch Cabinets. That’s when we found Houston Remodeling. We contacted Tim Lasater, and he was very patient with us as we decided what to purchase. Tim came out to our house and took measurements and helped with the decisions we had to make on certain issues. When the cabinets came in, unfornatlly we weren’t ready for delivery. Tim was kind enough to store our cabinets until we were ready for them. When we called, he brought them out himself and installed them. Our new bathroom looks great. We are very pleased and thankful that we found Tim and Houston Remodeling.

Tim did a fantastic job on our cabinets. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the way they turned out. I would recommend Tim to anyone who is looking for cabinets. He is extremely easy to reach & shows up exactly when he says he is going to. Tim was invaluable during the design phase of our project, providing us with his recommendations & feedback to our ideas. He made multiple 3D renderings of our future cabinets, which was very helpful in visualizing the layout & making a decision. The cabinets arrived on time & installation happened without any hitches. If you are looking for Kraftmaid cabinets, Tim is the guy you want in the Houston area. He was able to beat Home Depot’s prices, and provide significantly more expertise throughout the process.

I was supersized and amazed by the design team led by Tim Lassiter He presented options and advice that were tasteful and elegant. We now have a wonderful kitchen that exceeded our expectations.Cabinets and appliances are beyond what we expected on our budget. We now spend more time in our kitchen than ever before. Tim did a minor remodel and repainting in my home. He was involved with all stages of the remodel and he worked with/supervised the sub contractors to insure the quality of work being done was up to his high standards. His experience and knowledge came in handy to help with all aspects of this project, from designs to color choice. The cabinets I purchased from him was high quality and the install and fitment was perfect. Houston Remodeing (Tim) will be the contractor for my next project.

We used Houston Remodeling to redo our kitchen. At first, we only had ideas on what we wanted, but Tim helped us work through the ideas to help us put together a beautiful kitchen - even going as far to meet us at the stone company multiple time to finally pick out our counter tops. We have been loving our kitchen since the day we finished. We are now looking into bathroom renovations, and Tim will be the first person we call.

Houston Remodeling designed and remodeled our kitchen in 2010. From the start the service was professional and prompt, helping our ideas go from dreams to reality. The completion was 2 weeks earlier than the original estimate which was an added bonus. We are once again hiring Houston Remodeling to make the repairs to our home after Hurricane Harvey and know that the work will be high quality work. We highly recommend Houston Remodeling.

I have used Tim twice. The first time was an addition to my master bedroom. The second time was to remove a post in the middle of my garage and install a new beam to span the width of the garage. Both projects were difficult. Notwithstanding the difficulty, Tim was an excellent contractor and I should know because I can do all of the construction tasks myself. His work was done carefully, the quality was excellent and when he got done there was no punch list. The best thing about Tim is that he was honest about everything that he did from bidding the work to saying when his crews would (and would not be) working. I would definitely use Tim agin.

Tim, at Houston Remodeling, has been a fantastic partner in our multi-staged whole home remodeling project. We met Tim when we first moved to Houston to look for a house (expecting to remodel). He was fantastically helpful as he went with us to homes we were considering to assess the integrity of the overall structure, extent of remodel required and general thoughts about what could and should be done to achieve our goals. After looking at countless homes, we made a decision and went right to work. Tim’s ability to provide design/build services saved us time and money, and had the added advantage of knowing more directly the costs of various design or renovation options. Tim’s background as a trim carpenter was extremely beneficial in the way he was able to manage and guide his subs during the construction process. The trim carpenter in him provided the critical eye and attention to detail that was always appreciated. Additionally, having a GC that has actually done (and done quite well) the detailed trim work helps him to know and demand great work from his subs. We started our project in the summer of 2009 and finished the total remodel in the first part of 2010. I can not thank Houston Remodeling enough for the work they had completed. I am in the process of selling my home and Tim went above and beyond to secure a painter in an extremely short time period.
