Harold and his team went above and beyond in the designing of Stiggs Brewery & Kitchen in Boyne City Michigan. A remodel of a historically registered building, following the federal guidelines, turning a rail road office building into a brewpub was no easy task for Design Team Plus. They did a great job and were able to help Stiggs obtain federal grant money to renovate an old building and turn it into a functional brewpub! I highly recommend Design Team Plus. Shari Stein was a big help to us in finding the right carpet to replace our family room area. She guided us on picking a carpet with a good quality fiber content at a reasonable price. She has a great eye for design and she is great to work with!

With Design Team Plus, you have a creative and experienced architect/builder in Harold. He is easy to work with and is tuned to pleasing the client. He is practical and will change directions when costs are growing in proportion to the project. He is very good at altering interior spaces to optimize the existing foot print of a house. Shari is equally creative and has suggestions that add those special touches to any room. She is also well connected and is a tremendous resource for local suppliers. It has been a pleasure working with both of them.

I have been working with Design Team Plus for almost 4 years now. Harold and his team do a fantasitic job of listening to their clients needs, and taking there information and putting it into a great set of working construction documents!!!!!!! I found Design Team + because I admired the work on a house in our neighborhood and saw that it was done by Design Team. We've had an exceptional experience working with Harold and team. He is not only extremely knowledgeable and thorough; he is very trustworthy and great to work with. The Design team used some of our "inspiration images" for a proposed remodel of our house - their first proposal/blueprint image was more than we could have hoped for. The remodel is nearing completion and the entire process with their team has been positive. Designteam Plus did the design work on my wood & tile kitchen floor with incredible attention to detail that was SECOND TO NONE. The size of the tile and width of wood varied to make all of the lines line up & look absolutely symmetrical and perfect. My wife & I couldn't be happier (and she is harder to please than I am!) Did the architectural plans for a large master bedroom and bathroom redesign and remodel. Personally came out to take measurements, offered up a few different design ideas, did revisions in a timely manner. Very professional, highly recommended.

Harold Remlinger, of Designteam Plus, was recommended to us by our builder and from our first meeting we felt very comfortable with him. He is very personable and professional and listened to what we wanted. The fact that he is also a builder is a plus. He is very creative and blends his ideas with his knowledge as a builder. He is conscious of budget and able to come up with alternative plans to keep costs down. I would have given Harold five stars except for the fact that he had a couple of deadlines to meet before was able to get to our project. But once started he was on schedule. We enjoyed working with him and would recommend him without any reservations.

We hired Designteamplus Plus specifically lead architect, Harold Remlinger, to design our home renovation and to get us through, what we knew, would be a challenging variance request process. Harold listened to what we wanted. He acknowledged a couple of quirky requests and put them in the final design. We believe it was his attention to detail, his thorough presentation and professionalism that made the difference in the variance approval. At the variance meeting one of the Board members complimented Mr. Remlinger on his presentation. We are now in the midst of construction and are confident all will go well given the architectural plans.
