My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

can you tell me brand and colors of roof? the metal and shingles?

    The metal roof color is Pac-clad Kynar finish 'Zinc'. The standing seam metal roof was by Firestone #UC-3 at 16" wide panels. Unfortunately, I do not have the color or manufacturer for the shingles since this roof was existing and only a few years old prior to the renovations.
