I. Design and Associates specializes in aging-in-place and accessible home design across New York City and Long Island. Led by Irvin Ponde, AIA Associate, a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) and IAAP Professional Member, we design barrier-free bathrooms, no-step entries, wider doorways, and universally designed kitchens and living spaces that help older adults, people with disabilities, and multigenerational households live safely and independently at home. With over 20 years of architectural experience, we also provide full-service conceptual design, interior design, construction documentation, and drafting for residential and commercial projects, overseen by an in-house consulting architect to ensure code compliance.
