Had a challenging landscape project on a sloping property (front/side/backyard). We wanted superior quality, to come close to budget and needed to hit a deadline for a backyard engagement party. Gabe and his team were professional and executed a well thought plan to meet the deadline. The quality ion work is excellent and Gabe listened and found solutions to the obstacles that came up during the project. We are very happy with the results and grateful that it was within budget and deadline.

Gabe and his crew are great to work with. Always professional and they keep their sites clean and organized. I have worked with Gabe on a couple of projects and would not hesitate to work with him again.

Gabe did a large back yard renovation and some major land irrigation changes for us in 2014. If it wasn't for the irrigation work that he did we would have had major basement flooding in that freak rainstorm that affected so many Burlington homeowners. The backyard transformation that he did for us was superb. We continually get complimented in the work that Gabe and his employees did. After seeing our completed job our next door neighbour used him as well. His staff were polite, professional and dedicated in ensuring that they met our expectations. Would we call on Impact to do more work? Absolutely! We are planning for his company to do some front yard work this coming year.

Gabe and his crew are exceptional. The quality of their workmanship was better than advertised with he and his team fixing the smallest imperfections to ensure we were completely satisfied. We chose Gabe for many reasons, but primarily because of his meticulous communication skills. In an industry where follow-up is sub-optimal, Gabe rose above the crowd from the beginning with his prompt responses to emails and communication style. His communication and level of service was mirrored on-site and in the minds of my husband and I, exceeded our expectations. He never left the site without reviewing the project status with us, always wanting to ensure we knew what was going on and that we were happy with the work to date. His crew were so polite and hard-working and it was clear there was mutual respect between he and his team. We have and will continue to highly recommend Gabe to anyone who asks. We will be using him again this year and next as we work toward completing our comprehensive landscaping plan.

Doing irrigation for several landscape companies I would highly recommend Impact Landscape Contractors Inc. They are very professional and knowledgable from pools, gardens, lawns, walkways, outdoor living areas and renovations throughout the house. They meet and exceed there customers expectations their workmanship and quality.

Impact was recommended to us for our 3 level rear patio by the company that sells the product here in Burlington. The professional planning and meticulous execution by Gabe really impressed us. He was on site with 2 others in his team from 8 to 5 everyday for 5 weeks. Our patio was quite complex since the top level was at main floor level, with 2 different levels towards garden level. They were very careful to get everything right...tape measures and levels always in hand. I'm just glad we didn't get anyone else for the job. The finished product turned out to be fantastic! We had a major renovation done to our home in 2008 which also consisted of a whole new design and landscape of our back yard. It was a fairly large project which was done in conjunction with a landscape architect. Gabe and his team not only did a great job but got it done in a timely manner and completely to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use Impact Landscape again or to recommend them.
